Chapter 97

In the name of God, the Almighty, the Merciful.

We have sent it down in the Night of Decree.

And do you know what is the Night of Decree?

The Night of Decree is greater than one thousand months.

The angels and the Spirit come down in it with the permission of their Lord to carry out every matter.

Peaceful it is until the emergence of dawn.
