The Monotheist Group 7:138 And We let the Children of Israel cross the sea, then they came upon a people who were devoted to statues made for them; they said: "O Moses, make for us a god like they have gods?" He said: "You are an ignorant people!"

Original Text 7:138 وجوزنا ببني إسرءيل البحر فأتوا على قوم يعكفون على أصنام لهم قالوا يموسى اجعل لنا إلها كما لهم ءالهة قال إنكم قوم تجهلون
