Hello,
I am a 38-year-old Turkish man, fluent in English, and working as an AI engineer at a global telecommunications company. I have been reading the Quran in my
native language (and in English)
daily for years, and my main goal has been to use it as a guide for
all important decisions in my life.
If you look at my past posts, you'll see that I am the author of the post titled
"27-year-old male, looking for marriage with a sincere Quran follower" on this forum. The messages I shared under that post reflect a younger version of me at the time.
This new version of me, however, is older, wiser, and offers more unique features! Over the years, I have gained valuable experience in connecting
the principles of family life — such as the distribution of roles, raising children, balancing responsibilities, and managing financial matters (e.g., how salaries earned during marriage should be shared) —
with the guidance of the Quran. I now feel I have a much better and clearer understanding of how to
build a happy family illuminated by the teachings of the Quran.
So, what am I looking for?
A suitable wife:
- - A wife who will call me toward the Quran, not toward the fire, as emphasized in verse 2:221.
- - A wife who will bring a knowing smile to my face as I reflect on verse 66:5.
- - A wife who will support me in my efforts to live by the Quran.
