Psychiatry might not be a fraud, however in my other health post everything is true. I did recover and after being forcibly drugged I relapsed after coming of medication. Now, I can't be well without psychiatric medication. If you are interested in my experience check out my other posts in this section which I wrote long time ago. I do get sick now without medication.
