Peace,
I agree with brother Euphoric. Allah is the lord of the east and the west at all locations. The reverence is to the power of Allah.
Chapter (73) sūrat l-muzamil (The One wrapped in Garments)
Sahih International: [He is] the Lord of the East and the West; there is no
deity except Him, so take Him as Disposer of [your] affairs.
Ayah al-Baqarah (The Cow) 2:115. To Allah belong the east and the west, so wherever you turn you are facing
˹towards˺ Allah. Surely Allah is All-Encompassing, All-Knowing. To God belong the East and the West, and His face is wherever you turn.
I understand these verses to be directed sun worshipers and to those who wrongfully think that there are other deities besides Allah.

In short, through out the year, the sun keeps rising from different points of the east and sets on different points of the west. Thus when the Qur'an refers to Allah as the Lord of two easts and two wests, it means that Allah is the Lord of both the extremes of east and both the extremes of west.
No matter when or where the sun rises
Shiin-Ra-Qaf = to split, rise, slit. sharqiyyun - of or pertaining to the east, eastern. mashriq - place of sunrise, east. mashriqain -
two easts/horizons, two places where the sun rises (in winter and summer, East and West). mashaariq - different points of sunrise, whence the sun rises in the course of the year, beam, gleam, eastern parts. ashraqa (vb. 4) - to shine, rise. ishraaq - sunrise. mushriqun - one on whom the sun has risen, who does anything at sunrise, one entering at the sunrise.
God bless
