Get the book from John B. Leith "Genesis for the new space race" and check for yourself. After you read it, see what you make of the above verses.

The only explanation that can be deduced is that the interior of the planet is habitable. Hence, two east and two wests. As well as the distance between two easts being the greatest.

If you prefer a metaphor, apple would be it. Penetrable planet from the two poles. Get that book for you who want the key happenings from WWII up to 1980, written by a man of virtue. You will be mind-boggled.

   I wish to get hold of the book you mentioned. Many scientists have speculated about the concept of hollow earth for centuries. I've been reading about this topic for a long time, and I believe hollow earth exists. I hear a lot of stories about Mt. Shashta which is known to have an underground city called Telos. Many new-age spiritualists gather there for meditation. It is a hotspot for UFO sightings as well as missing people. Some people in the area have also encountered 'angelic beings' who invited them to visit their underground habitat. I also heard that it is a place of reptilian beings who rape and consume humans.   The number of mysterious disappearances is probably due to those creatures.
    Besides, Dulse base in New Mexico, Denver airport, Los Angeles, and Sedona in Arizona are known to have access to the underground tunnels. Also, Tibetans say that there is a vast and complex cavern system in one of their cities that leads to the underground city throughout the entire Asian continent. Then there is a rumor about the presence of big holes in both the north and south poles which NASA is said to conceal from public scrutiny. Sometime back, they published a videotape of the North Pole where a giant hole can be seen. They said it was due to a typhoon. However, another leaked VDO shows a gigantic hole with volcanic activity. 
    Moreover, science is gradually attempting to resolve this mystery.  Scientists have already discovered the existence of distinct structures inside our planet's inner core. They also discovered water reservoirs hundreds of miles below the surface of the Earth in 2014.  Back in 1994, a massive earthquake in Bolivia revealed mountains about 660 km below the surface.
   Unfortunately, a vile force rules this world. This force is comprised of ruthless elites who are known to hide technological advancements in almost every field along with many phenomenal discoveries. Probably time will tell whether the hollow earth has already been fully discovered or not.
One thing that bothers me the most about the hollow earth is the nature of the inhabitants. The more I am reading the more I get the idea that these subterranean beings are monstrous reptilians a.k.a lizard people. Some whistleblowers (likely to be shills) have tagged them as vril parasites. They say that a foot-long vril can infect humans through their eyes and take over their consciousness. They also say that all superpower countries have signed treaties with them for technology in exchange for human as their food. These whistleblowers mix truth with lies to mislead people, so it is a bit difficult to say if these creatures can truly infect or not. But the existence of the subterranean reptilians/lizard people is probably true because many other independent sources have talked about it.
   In the Quran, our Rabb says that some animal (dabbat al ard) will rise from the earth as we approach the end time. When I looked up the meaning of the root word د ب ب , I found dabb means lizard in Arabic. I know I sound like an idiot. I don't know Arabic. Perhaps a person who is well-versed in the language can shed light on it.

Two easts is a wrong translation of mashriqain and same goes for two wests maghribain.

Mashriqain means places of sunrise in the winter and sunrise in the summer.

Maghribain means places of sunset in the winter and sunset in the summer.

It is when the sun's path changes based on the seasons.

  I agree with brother Euphoric.  Allah is the lord of the east and the west at all locations.  The reverence is to the power of Allah.

Chapter (73) sūrat l-muzamil (The One wrapped in Garments)
Sahih International: [He is] the Lord of the East and the West; there is no
deity except Him, so take Him as Disposer of [your] affairs.

Ayah al-Baqarah (The Cow) 2:115. To Allah belong the east and the west, so wherever you turn you are facing
˹towards˺ Allah. Surely Allah is All-Encompassing, All-Knowing. To God belong the East and the West, and His face is wherever you turn.

I understand these verses to be directed sun worshipers and to those who wrongfully think that there are other deities besides Allah.

In short, through out the year, the sun keeps rising from different points of the east and sets on different points of the west. Thus when the Qur'an refers to Allah as the Lord of two easts and two wests, it means that Allah is the Lord of both the extremes of east and both the extremes of west.
No matter when or where the sun rises

Shiin-Ra-Qaf = to split, rise, slit. sharqiyyun - of or pertaining to the east, eastern. mashriq - place of sunrise, east. mashriqain - two easts/horizons, two places where the sun rises (in winter and summer, East and West). mashaariq - different points of sunrise, whence the sun rises in the course of the year, beam, gleam, eastern parts. ashraqa (vb. 4) - to shine, rise. ishraaq - sunrise. mushriqun - one on whom the sun has risen, who does anything at sunrise, one entering at the sunrise.
