How should we keep healthy?

Keeping healthy sounds easy, but it's not easy. There are many possible diseases in life. If we want to ensure health, we must first ensure sleep, ensure a safe environment, and ensure adequate food. If you have more ways to ensure your health, you can share with me

Praying, salaat, fasting, taking super foods such as ginseng, staying away from narcissistic energy vampires, living in nature (forest, sea, mountain, lakeside, hot spring land, etc...), reading at least a few pages every day by understanding the Holy Qur'an, turning to natural treatments, doing good and giving alms/zakat...

Staying away from vaccines and hospitals (medical world has been in the hands of dark forces recently,you should only go in very emergency situations such as accidents and injuries. )...

Good start:
Eating nutrient dense foods with minimal processed foods/drinks. Water fasting one or two days a month.
