He continues;

Quote
Systemic racism, centuries of slavery and discrimination affected blacks

This is in reference to the state of poverty and decay in the US black community. The argument is that if it were not for centuries of slavery and segregation, and systemic racism that continues today, blacks would be a more successful demographics and disparities like the racial wealth gap between white and black would've been nonexistent.

If this is true, then why is it that the blacks are vastly over-represented & thus more successful than whites in professional sports like basketball and American football? In a racist country that is only 13% black, over 70% of the players in major sport leagues are black. How is this possible?

Why did centuries of slavery and oppression not prevent blacks from outperforming whites in professional sports where they can earn millions of dollars annually?

Edip further explains;

Quote
Generational transfer of wealth aided whites(while earlier generations of blacks were denied access to wealth to pass to their descendants).

Another wrong claim. It is based on two faulty premises; that family wealth will continue to pass down several generations, and that under more favorable circumstance, grandparents of all of today's blacks would've amassed enough wealth to pass down.

Just because you die very wealthy, doesn't mean your grand children will inherit your wealth. Family wealth may be lost over a single generation if not properly managed.

Edip now suggest federal policy to compensate blacks;

Quote
Reparations for African Americans needed

This keeps getting worse. Reparation at best is charity, at worst is scam. Descendants of non-slave holders shouldn't pay a dime to free descendants of emancipated slaves. There were slaves in many other parts of the world(like Edip's Turkey and Saudi Arabia) whose descendants never even lived to demand reparation.

Reparation is paid for loss of properties and lives by the offenders. You don't get reparation because your ancestors were slaves or were denied certain privileges, for which you now want to blame for your shortcomings.

OK. I'll pick off from where I left by addressing CNN, BBC, MSNBC, ABC and other mainstream media or entertainment outlet - also known as the Access media.

The access media are seldom honest when they discuss nationality, ethnicity, race, gender, or religion. There is a lot of political correctness, pandering, virtue signalling and gaslighting involved.

For instance, the access media will tell us that Islam doesn't need reform, that Islam is a religion of peace and compatible with western culture, and Muslim terrorists have nothing to do with Islam, and that Islamophobia is the real threat.

I think it is funny how on one hand Edip admits the access media to be guilty of reporting bias when it comes to Muslim extremism or say the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. But then he turns around and trust the same media that is peddling the "Police targeting and killing blacks" narrative from the same media.

This is a function of the bandwagon effect. When the streets are filled with hundreds of thousands of protesters parroting an oppression narrative, it is simply easier to take it, than if it is just the media reporting it.

But because you don't have thousands on the streets protesting with anti-Hamas narrative, Edip quite easily sees through the access media dishonesty when they depict Hamas as simply another gang of Muslim terrorists.

Speaking of the bandwagon or following the popular narratives, the Qur'an addresses this a few times - warning that most people are in conjecture and if you follow them, you'll go astray.

Lastly, Consider this. People who are truly oppressed NEVER have the mainstream media outlets on their side. This is true for every oppressed group in human history. So, when you have CNN, BBC, Hollywood, and all the history and social science textbooks controlled by whites yet reminding blacks how much they are oppressed by whites, then hold on. May be there is a foul at play here.

Let's continue with Edip's statements;

Quote
Racists, ignorant, uneducated are the base of many US presidents

Yeah, and that include Obama and many other democrat or left leaning president that non-whites and migrants in the US have voted.

Keep in mind that even the so called educated and enlightened people that Edip would suppose vote for Left are just a bunch of half educated and half enlightened folks. Folks who are bred in the universities to embrace social justice religion when they should be learning to write or to code.

There is a proverb that half half education is dangerous.

Quote
Evil forces in US want to turn the country to an authoritarian country

Yeah, and those forces are also on the left, Edip. The left are the ones looking to restrict freedom of speech by criminalizing any speech it deems racist or Islamophobic. The left are the ones censoring counter arguments to their oppression narratives. The left also have all these slurs to bully and silent their opponent - racist, bigot, Islamophobe, homophobes, xenophobes, misogynists, white supremacists etc.

Edip endorsed the election of Obama as essential aid for the plight of black Americans, but he laments;

Quote
Obama unfortunately didn't change the condition of African Americans

Now, I personally don't care about Obama. But I'm on his side here. What was he to do? Pass every black American a $1 million dollar check? There are more poor, lower class whites in the US than there are blacks, and even Trump, a supposed white supremacist can't help them.

Obama couldn't do anything because there was nothing to be done. In fact, Obama's election is strong indication that the so called 'systemic racism' holding back blacks has become a thing of history, if there ever was such a thing.

Here is the thing. How about we stop comparing black Americans to white Americans, but compare black Americans to blacks in sub-saharan Africa?

By virtue of their American citizenship, black Americans are on average the most privileged blacks on earth. The "rough life" that blacks endure in the US is the life millions in Africa would sacrifice anything to get. There are several documentaries on YouTube of blacks fleeing Africa, embarking through illegal, deadly routes of hot desert and deep waters to enter Europe and the US.

And so, in a way these bemoaning of racism and white supremacy often come off as deceptive and ingratitude. It is similar to Muslims bemoaning Islamophobia and degenerate lifestyle of the west, yet more and more Muslims continue to settle in the west and prefer those countries to Muslim ones.

Alright, time to wrap this topic and move on to something else. Edip's final message is this.

Quote
We all must unite to eliminate racism

Ultimately, this is where it ends. For a person that so urgently in want to end racism, Edip can't get the facts right on George Floyd, on police brutality or anything pertaining oppression of blacks in the country.

This is social justice - the mere emotional reaction to perceived oppression and injustice that is unsupported by evidence. And it is the religion of the 21st century west. As soon as you get this, you come to understand why all our fight against Islamism and any hope for Islamic reform is doomed.

In this new religion of social justice, the facts do not matter, particularly when they come across as offensive to certain class - non-Europeans, Muslims, Jews, LGBTQIA, and women.

Finally, as for the social justice mission to end racism, that's fantasy. It will end up creating different problems because as I already mentioned, the very premise of this mission isn't grounded upon facts.

Peace.
