regarding article by Layth

I am new to the forum.  I hope you are well and safe these interesting days during the pandemic.

May Allah help us all in this test of us for our hereafter...in this test called life.

Have any of you verified the updated counts of (almost all) alifs in the following:

I do not take Rashad Khalifa as a Prophet and I do not consider 9-128 and 9-129 as false but I am convinced that the pattern of 19 is amazing and is a major miracle of the Qur'an and I find that the miracle is clearly mentioned in 74:31

I hope any of you who have knowledge about counting alifs can help me to see

1.  Is it possible to verify the updated counts (in these alif initialized surahs) in or both of the two links above in a reliable way
2. have you tried to ***carefully**** verify it
3. what are your findings

Sorry, I just need to clarify that the reason why I titled it as article by Layth...I read a good article by Layth where he verified many of the initial sets but he did not count the alif surahs and about a few others as being divisible by 19.

However, he used the old counts of alifs....so I am trying to find out about the updated counts that make the surahs of ALM and ALR in the links above divisible by 19 not by each surah itself but as a group of ALM surahs or a group of ALR surahs (like the HM surahs)...

I have verified some initials, those that are straight forward like "Kaf2, Noon" .,HM.....
The hamza and Alifs are a bit complex. I asked  different questions when I found that I needed to investigate more about:
1- Is there added Alifs and why in different Mushafs?
2- Why Hamza had been written in two ways( also invisible ones?)
Fortunately for me there was a different way that opened for me when finding Abdullah Arik s program about "interlock".Basically I asked the following question:
Regardless of the initials and the existing code 19 in other forms in Qoran, is there a code 19 that locks all the letters, words ,verses and surahs  of Qoran as a whole?

With time the contents, when studying Qoran gave me more confirmation of authorship and  I found this to be true :
GOD gives  more certainty/signs as  the study/pondering of the words/verses of Qoran go on with sincerity and good intention to trust and rely only on GOD Alone..

Also please allow me to ask a question about what you said here, quote:

Who takes Rashad Khalifa as a prophet? And why?
Or do you mean  Messenger?
