peace, want to clarify since some wrongly advocate abortion before 6 months.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Preterm_birth
"In 2014, Lyla Stensrud, born in San Antonio, Texas, U.S. became the youngest premature baby in the world. She was born at 21 weeks 4 days and weighed 410 grams (less than a pound). Kaashif Ahmad resuscitated the baby after she was born."

https://www.livescience.com/65602-worlds-tiniest-baby-saybie.html
"Saybie was born via cesarean section at just 23 weeks and 3 days gestation"

https://www.verywell.com/worlds-smallest-preemies-2748663
"Born September 4, 2004, Rumasia Rahman is currently the worlds smallest premature baby to have survived from birth until hospital discharge.
Rumasia and her fraternal twin sister Hiba were born at 25.6 weeks gestation, just over 15 weeks before their due date. At birth, Rumasia weighed just 260 grams, or 8.6 ounces—about the size of a small cell phone. She was 9.8 inches long. Rumasias twin sister Hiba was more than twice her size, at 1 lb 4 oz and 12 inches long."

http://www.newhealthguide.org/Longest-Pregnancy.html
"In 1945, for example, Beulah Hunter who was 25 at the time gave birth after a pregnancy lasting 375 days, almost 100 days more than the average human gestational period. The length of the pregnancy was confirmed by examining her pregnancy test and menstrual cycle. Doctors feel that the long pregnancy was because the child developed extremely slowly in the womb when compared to the average child but despite this, Hunters daughter, named Penny Diana was healthy and normal at birth. "

I believe refers to solar year throughout (more simple), these are calculations for solar and lunar:

p = pregnancy time/carry his (variable)
w = weaning time/separation his (variable)
w < 730.484397562 days [31:14 (730.484397562 days i.e. < 2 solar years)] If year = solar

885.9177 days – p < 730.484397562 days [46:15 30 x (lunar months / day) = 885.9177 days]
p = 885.9177 days – 730.484397562 days = 155.4333+ days

21 weeks + 4 days = 151 days = 5.11334 lunar months pregnancy time
If lunar year baby Lyla requires 24.00 months (30 – 6.00 minimum) breastfeeding
If solar year baby Lyla requires 24.72 months (30 – 5.28 minimum) breastfeeding

23 weeks + 3 days = 164 days = 5.55357 lunar months pregnancy time
If lunar year baby Saybie requires 24.00 months (30 – 6.00 minimum) breastfeeding
If solar year baby Saybie requires 24.45 months (30 – 5.55 minimum) breastfeeding

25.6 weeks x 7 days = 179.2 days = 6.068286 lunar months pregnancy time
If lunar/solar year Rumasia and twin sister Hiba require slightly less < 24 months (30 - 6.06 = 23.93) breastfeeding

In most cases human pregnancy is around 9 lunar months
If lunar/solar year requires 21 months (30 - 9 = 21) breastfeeding

375 days = 12.7 lunar months
If lunar/solar year baby Penny requires slightly > 17 months (30 - 12.7 = 17.3 months) breastfeeding

Therefore, weaning time varies (inversely proportional to pregnancy) late babies less, premature longer.

the above case baby Lyla was perplexing/contradiction shouldn't be alive missed cutoff time?
this case too is interesting we have an exact date of conception she also missed cutoff time?

"Amillia Taylor is also often cited as the most premature baby. She was born on 24 October 2006 in Miami, Florida, U.S. at 21 weeks and 6 days' (153 days) gestation. This report has created some confusion as her gestation was measured from the date of conception (through in vitro fertilization) rather than the date of her mother's last menstrual period, making her appear 2 weeks younger than if gestation was calculated by the more common method."

Quote from: Bajram Hoxhaj on August 24, 2024, 08:23:11 PMSalaam, there's nothing to debate. In Arabic, nouns and adjectives can have different endings depending on their grammatical case: nominative, accusative, or genitive.

#    Acc./Gen.  Nom.
20    عِشْرونَ    عِشْرينَ
30    ثَلاثونَ    ثَلاثينَ
40    أَرْبَعونَ    أَرْبَعينَ
50    خَمْسونَ    خَمْسينَ
60    سِتّونَ    سِتّينَ
70    سَبْعونَ    سَبْعينَ
80    ثَمانونَ    ثَمانينَ
90    تِسْعونَ    تِسْعينَ

Nominative: This case is used for the subject of a sentence. The nominative form of the numbers ends in ونَ (e.g., عِشْرونَ for 20, as in verse 8:65; ثَلاثونَ for 30, as in verse 46:15).

Accusative and Genitive: These cases share the same ending for these numbers, which is ينَ (e.g., ثَلاثينَ for 30, as in verse 7:142). The accusative case is typically used for the direct object of a verb, while the genitive case is used after certain prepositions or to indicate possession.

Every time a double-digit even number(ex. 30 40 50 60 etc) is mentioned in Al Quran it ends as 'ayin' for example 'Arbayin'.. whatever ending in 'uun' is not a double-digit number in itself.. for example 99.. 'Thisa wa ThisaWuun'.. while 90 is precisely called 'Thisaayin' and some of those that are ending 'unn' are not at all numbers they have other meanings.. for example, 'ThalaThun' or 'Sabauun' in the Quran...

8:65 The word 'Ishruun' doesn't mean the even number 20.. and it is precisely called ' Ishrain'...

The word Ishrun in the verse means 'twenty at a time'.. like Quran teaches us 'Mathzna' = Two at a time, 'Thulathza' = three at a time, etc., and it is not two or three as a whole number but at a time emphasized with it..

Also 'Ishrun' means 'twice ten'.. not referring directly to the word Ishrain to mean 20..

'Ishrun' is not plural of 'Ashara'.... Ishrain is plural of Ashara directly..
Ishruun can mean twentieth as well..

So 8:65 is all about twenty at a time..

Note: Always doubling principle is ending in 'Ayin' for example Ithnain, Shifathain it could be for anything doubling to any multiple quantity .. like if you want multiply 3 into thirty .. thalatha becomes thalaTHAIN.. to denote 10 times.. Araba becomes arabian and NOT arbaun..100 to 200 (mia becomes Miathain) alf becomes Alfain..even it is two times or ten times it is same..

Bajram Hoxhaj

8:65
if beeth among you عِشْرونَ twenty (20) steadfast
    triumphed they of two hundred (200)

and if beeth among you hundred (100)
    triumphed they of thousand of (1,000)
