In English translations we often find the following two words together https://www.islamawakened.com/quran/1/7/default.htm:
- thy / your (in brackets or not) => represents god
- wrath / anger
with the implicit idea that some people suffer from the wrath of God.

   For the meaning of the root ""ghayn ḍād bā" I refer to the very well made sheet by Mazhar

Let's see what we get from a literal and contextual translation :
   ghayri = N - masculine genitive noun = brand of "exclusivity"
      l-maghḍūbi = N - passive masculine genitive participle
   ʿAlayhim = P - preposition + PRON - 3rd person masculine plural object pronoun = literally "on them"

Part One: Grammar Enigma "l-maghḍūbi"
Observation n°1:
The form "PASSIVE" expresses the object of the action, that which undergoes the action of the verbal form;
in this case the verbal form I.
Observation n°2:
The verb of the form I of the root "ghayn ḍād bā" is INTRANSITIVE (Reminder: a verb is intransitive when it has no impact, influence on others than the agent himself - therefore no complement possible).
Conclusion of these two observations:
We have an incompatibility between the passive form AND intransitive verb

Part Two: Solving the Enigma
This incompatibility is removed thanks to the action of the PREPOSITION which can play the role, among other things, of making an intransitive verb transitive (in brief,  make a verb factitive (make do ..)). In this case the preposition does not need to be translated. The preposition will introduce the direct object complement (complementing) of the transitive verb.
Then, from a quranic point of view, one cannot attribute a negative human emotion to God, unless we do some anthropomorphism!
Furthermore, from a rhetorical point of view, the word "maghḍūbi" is contrasted with the word "anʿamta" (1:7:3).
Finally, the reference to God disappeared from the equation while he was present until then (Allah, master, king, Iyyaka, ta). Thus, the entire structure of this portion of the sentence expresses an impersonal form.

Translation proposal:
"The deprived of approval-contentment/pleasure" in the sense "those who do not have approval-contentment/pleasure BECAUSE OF THEMSELVES"
