Peace!

what is very important to me right now is physical strength, i don't really care for the aesthetics like bodybuilding and all the proteinshake bullshit. Because of my handicap (leg amputation - artificial leg), i neglected sports and gymnastics for some time. What is the best an fastest way of getting the maximal amount of raw strength without using legs too much? Do you also think that its genetically depended of getting the maximal amount of raw strength? Calisthenics looks very promising.

Well, yes i think its the most effective and also the cheapest way to train for pure strength as you are training with your own weight. After mastering the own weight and the full control of the body, maybe one can additionally use weights to maximize strength.

In combination with spiritual practices like dhikr/meditation one should establish a harmonious interaction with the mental and physical strength. The only disadvantage is that through concentrating on strength there wont be any gains on elasticity or stamina... still the mental part is the core of everything. Its the spirit that keeps us safe  ;D

I already run daily and play football occasionally.
