reason is all scholars who set these laws are males if there were any women who was scholar then it would be different story.
its not worthy to think about male dominant scholars of ancient times who were afraid of women
the wrong interpretation and pressing women custom ruined life of so many girls but its always hard to challange the old going on tradition only some women can manage to understand all this fraud but their voice get vanished in powerful male monopoly but time is changing now and every one is atleast asking question about illogical laws set by early scholars therez must b authorised women scholar who can discuss about all this issues related with wrong interpretation.
about this muttah/misyar both sunni and shia sources say some disputed things about some prominent characters of history like prophets grandson hassan did like 70 marriages and caliph ali did like 9 and when a scholars want to write something in his book he make sure the names of some figures must be mention for making his claim unquestionable becoz its sin to disagree with these figures.
