No, but if i remember correctly Ibn Taymiyyah did want to make it legal.

Try reading Quran and you will get the full answer. There were many accusations against the Prophet in the Book, but we have not come across any verse telling us to kill the people for it.

i dnt know what to say..
nobody have a right to take somebody's life

i request to all of you some of the knowledge is dangerous to share so just keep quiet ..

its only traditional people who are extremely emotional in religious matters ..
may God guide them to the right path  :pr

This is no difference than Abraham sentenced to death for insulting Marduk

Many centuries has passed yet people mindset of today (on some part of the world) are still pretty much the same.

abraham was doing it becoz he was aware that God will protect him ..

a random person should not do it , either negetive approach or positive approach ..

its sure God will not gona look after every tom dick and harry .. so people need to understand that its billions of people so God is not that free to come down and save every single person from wicked people..

people are on their own.. so dnt talk about religion in negetive or positive sense..  even God alone people are at risk..  :&

God have lot of other things to do as stated in sura rehman..

55:29 Those in the heavens and earth ask Him, everyday He is in some matter.

NOTE he did not create this life for reward or punishment so make sure we are at risk as per ch 103
thats why there is pain in this life as well as chilling ..  (rewards and punishment is next chapter after death)

dishonest person is a key to success .. innocent is a fuel for wicked..
confusing part is becoming dishonest will ruin our future and staying innocent wil give us pain and poverty in current life

hahahahha God was right human being is ignorant and foolish so that he took that test..it appears even God was not happy when human being decide to become human being by his so called free will ..
taste the consequence now..

Totally agree.

Pakistan's blasphemy law is worthless and should have been abolished long time ago.

Pakistan's legal system is supposed to be based on Sharia law. So you don't think they got this from any specific text?

No, the blasphemy law that they have today was basically inherited from the time of the British rule, and was for the first many years rather symbolic as most blasphemy laws in Europe are. However, with the Islamization during the dictator rule of Zia Ul Haq in the 1980's some additions were made to the blasphemy law that were now to be taken seriously; one of the additions was that any insult of Muhammad would lead to death penalty. This is not sharia, as its well-known by the hadiths that several people used to mock Muhammad and he would forgive them. However, in Pakistan some evil fools like to show solidarity with Muhammad by killing anyone who they deem to be disrespectful towards him.
