no they are claiming like , they are managers of God and if somebody need to sort out their problems they get solved through them otherwise whatever they will do it will go in vain, and this movie adress it to all the molvees scholars, priest, pandits, pop, of all releigions have same trick to trap them...

and in the end amir kkhan exposed them becoz he was like alien and got some intelligence which expose their lies ,, its nice movie though

Yes, but maleikat means "manager" from root Miim-Lam-Kaf... Melayekat to be phonologically correct. This was why I asked.

yeh maleikat also means controllers, thats waht they were claiming in the movie i mean all the priest,scholars, pandits, pop were claiming its we who are controller , and manager of your affairs , basically a link between God and human
