Man of Faith

Peace,

I am in no interest of your words, nor do I have time or motivation to study Arabic more than I already do and also I think that despite Arabic knowledge of your experts they are out bicycling.

I was not writing to you either.

In others words you stand exposed as utter nonsense. Whenever questioning gets "tough" you lose your pretty little head.

Look - all your "Quran only" brethren turn out like that . . . keep walking son. I got your number...

Man of Faith

It is more that I do not waste energy on something futile. I have done it too much already. And also why waste energy and try to help someone who is not open-minded and who is insulting and rude?

I am here to discuss with interested people, and not debate with those who follow traditional ways, and particularly come across as very intense, dogmatic and cold, and not open to reflect. I said I am not interested in your religion and if you want to call me anything other than Muslim go ahead, God will suffice me.

If you find it interesting with what I have delved into then feel free, but if you are just here to provoke my anger and annoy me then please go away.

I serve God, and I do it without complicating things. You are a great test and I failed because I lost my temper, but I would not say you do much better, or what do you say? Then I meant the behavioral part of God's creed. Do you know about that?

Peace out

But you are not open minded . . . and I have never sought your help in anything.

I am neither insulting or rude. Might I refer you to your swearing?

The very definition of being closed-minded!

I have shown this repeatedly . . .

1. You do not know much about anything.

2. You do not learn . . . but really want it to be taken that you are somehow a really wise person.

3. When your BS is challenged and it falls apart . . . then you start blithering by being rude, insulting, falsely accusing. . . and swearing.

As does the Australian Jesus . . . so how do you tell your god apart from his? Or are they the same ones?

Salaam Man of Faith.

Looks Like you missunderstood my post again.Yes it's online porum, some misscommunication always occur in here.

QuoteBut if you desire to give Salah a ritualistic meaning then go ahead, but it does not seem to suit the Message and the context in my opinion.

I never said like this.
What I mean is ; the Quranites never knew if salah is physical ritual, if they never became ahlul-hadith before.
No need to know Arabic, just by using translations, we will know if salah and prostate-bowing looks like the two different things and always written separately, if we rely upon Quran only.

QuoteI am not a The Book or Islam freak as you know and I do not idolize The Book and I evaluate it to the best of my ability and I only want to follow God and not conjecture due to manly interpretations. However I found the ancient Arabic passages to have a high degree of divine influence and therefore I study this book

I also use information from other religions in my research for the true path because I do not deem the Message exclusive to the Arabs as even God adds in The Book.
.

It's a good way, I appreciate it.This mean you're not use Quran only, but use another sources (like Bible) to strengthening our faith.I'm also do something like that.

Unfortunately Quran doen't allow us to use another sources (77:50), but if we use Quran only we actually will get many-many conjectures which we never aware to realize it before.

God blees u

Dear, it is the ultimate irony . . . the "Quran only" are among the first to run towards "other sources". It is easy to see . . . in this forum.

I am sorry to say but it is no wonder you left "Islam" if your understanding of verses is like this (i.e. incorrect understanding, in my view)

For a superb analysis of how God communicates to man, as per Quran, I recommend the book "God and Man in Koran" by Toshihiko Izutsu:

Indeed his theory has nothing to do with so called speculative religious system named "Quraniyoon".
I'm also don't think if Izutsu, a great scholar himself wanted to sacrifice for becaming a Quraniyoon.

No one Quraniyoon scholars even use Quran only to intepreted some system of ibadah, especially Ahmed Mansour.
In his theory of hajj, he even still need another narrations to understand what is hajj.

Let me clarify my position in case there is any misunderstanding.

Quran clearly states we  can use many types/sources of information, including our own reason. If someone uses these sources to over-rule Quran, contradict Quran, or considered obligatory etc then there are problems.

Here is an explanation of hajj without any Traditional Hadith:

You probably wont read it though.
