But after you download the file from the following link, it gives you a '.rar' file that you have to extract. But it requires a password to make the extraction. They have given a link to get the password in a text document.

But unfortunately, it's not letting me download because their condition is to complete a survey before they allow you to download. The surveys are not working in my country. Can anyone please just download this file for me to get the password and give me a PM?
