For the world to live as per Quran, it would internationally ban circumcision/mutilation, at the very least to unconsenting minors; that would include newborns.
I'm not sure of one person out their who isn't a mindless-following Sunni who thinks this doesn't fall under Satan's will of causing people to change Allah's creation. We about 99% of the time don't cut off or alter crap on an organism, since every part of its design has some purpose. I could not even talk about the benefits of having full, intact male/female human genitals without this page being eye-tiring. This is why we don't alter Allah's design. Quack practitioners get their nonsense published in medical journals to deceive ignorant (but loving) parents, while of course hiding all deprivations and traumas of circumcision. They present only fallacious "benefits" that they know well by now are fallacious. Thanks to the internet, the rate in the U.S. now dropped to about 50/50, when it used to be 75% or greater a while back. Awareness is spreading.
In a few countries in Asia thanks to blind-following Islam.
Some African countries, that also mutilates females.
South Korea to be "American". Even they don't really know why they do it.
That's about it. 80+% of fortunate male humans worldwide are left the way they were made, 100% of their penile flesh and nerve endings, not a frightening 30-40%.
Oh yeah, the devil's behind this 100%. Someone growing up and deciding to get circumcised is a different issue, but unless he's fully informed, then it's likely still due to a false religion or doctors lying and/or hiding the truth for his money. Unless he has some crap like gangrene in his foreskin and/or is uninformed, he'd need to have some kind of disorder to desire getting mutilated. It's like someone wanting their ears amputated because they're not satisfied with them, and even that's not as bad as circumcision when one researches that the whole foreskin is roughly a square foot of the most erogenous flesh on the male body.
