Peace All,

I recently read Aidid Safar's take on Islam.  He suggests that during Ramadhan, it is not food that we are giving up but instead, refraining from sex.  What do others think, especially Arabic speakers.  Is it possible that the language in the Koran suggests giving up sex as opposed to food?

Dawn.
