I am a bit confused by what I have read: Here are the books I recently read: Arab conspiracy against Islam, Hadith, Quran and Islam by Rashad Khalifa, Criminals of Islam by Dr. Shabir Ahmed, Dual islam...
Now, I have the following questions:
1) Will Jesus return or not?
2) Will someone called Mahdi come?
3) Are there punishments of the grave?
4) No Isra and Miraj?

Please understand me, I have studied 'Traditional Islam' in Hadeeth Islam.
Help me.
I see the world in terms of what I would like to see happen, not what actually does.

The answer to your questions (and feel free to ask my anything by email at foxyfoxgames@gmail.com)

It is not known to any of us for certain if Jesus will return or not, the events described in the prophecy are not found in the Qur'an, but seem largely based on ideas Christians may have had at the time. The Qur'an mentions the end in a way that makes it appear sudden, and the Bible also makes it appear sudden, but the Christian Book of Revelation at times makes it appear to reads that lots of time will pass between the portions. Both the Bible and the Qur'an says no one knows when it will be and generally people can't predict it, but as soon as a person dies they are basically woken up at that time right away so it is always "near" in that sense.

Again, there is no "Mahdi" coming mentioned in the Qur'an, so all that can be said is that there is no no mention of it apparently in the Qur'an as far as anyone can see, but extra literature from later in time mentions these things, and they appear to be based on Christian ideas. That is not to say it definitely won't happen, just that it isn't mentioned or given priority in the Qur'an apparently.

The "punishments of the grave" may or may not be mentioned in the Qur'an, and if such things exist they would be information created by Allah like any other information we experience. They can potentially exist, or they may not exist, and they may exist for some and not others, all of that is up to Allah, but generally the Qur'an presents a picture where people die and cease to exist (like a dreamless sleep) and then wake up moments later in their time perception and assume that they have only slept for a little while and really don't know what is going on and the disbelievers will be confused about what is going on and where they are and what is happening while the Muslims will be aware they have woken up on the Judgment Day after the Resurrection. Non-Information (which is Death and Dreamless sleep, meaning non-reception of information can not be experienced only information can be experienced, and that is why the whole thing is skipped only to when the next information is received no matter what happened in the "meantime" to the existing who continue to receive information. That is also why the "dead can not be communicated with" because they do not receive any information or have any existence of their own, but "time" is just an illusion, so in a sense they may be in their "time perception" instantly at the point of experiencing good things and past all the troubles, but from our perspective, there has not been the Resurrection yet, nor does paradise or hell exist in our personal experience of information yet).

The same goes for your last question. We can not say if something exists or doesn't exist for certain unless it is based on logic (like what it is we call Allah), but all you have to do is recognize the sources of things. So recognize what the Qur'an says, and then recognize what comes from the Hadith, and recognize the time frame of each, and then say "the Hadith written down in such and such time by such and such who claims it was a story in circulation at the time says" and so on.

All information in my posts is correct to the best of my knowledge only and thus should not be taken as a fact. One should seek knowledge and verify: 17:36, 20:114, 35:28, 49:6, 58:11. My articles

Wakas and  FreedomStands have the right answers. Yet I would like to add something to

Quote1) Will Jesus return or not?

Whenever Allah talks about judgement day he mentions "when Prophets' appointment will come". He also says 43:61 And indeed, Jesus will be [a sign for] knowledge of the Hour, so be not in doubt of it, and follow Me. This is a straight path.

I just feel that when appointment of the Prophets will come we will first see Jesus. There is no Hollywoodish climax of Dajjal fighting Jesus. Dajjal and Mehedi dont exist in Quran. However, note that some people do worship false gods and believe in weird predictions. That explains why certain group of people become followers of fictional dajjal.

I looked for it many times in the Quran, but didn't find anything. Later came to know it was mere an innovation from hadith.

Punishment of the Grave (Arabic: عذاب القبر‎ ʿAdhāb al-Qabr, also translated torment of the grave) is an Islamic concept of the period following death but prior to the Day of Judgement, when the souls of the unrighteous are punished in the grave. The Qur'an does not refer to the Punishment of the Grave but instead it is mentioned in the Hadith. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Punishment_of_the_Grave

I had the same  views like 99 pct of muslims have about jesus, punishment in graves and mehdi.
after going through quran i like to believe that such things are not so important as per view of quran. Else if they were meant to be part of our faith or foundation, god would have explcitely in detail talked about it . Hence no second coming of jesus, no mehdi and no proof of physical azab qabar except for for exceptional cases god will only show to some what they WILL receive as good or bad as mentiones in verse 40:46

I took it as the end (day of judgement). Open to other views and interpretations.
