The twin towers did not come down at free-fall speed, this simply is not true. Loose sections of the facade fell near free-fall speed (air resistance slowing them down a bit), but there were internal columns collapsing significantly slower, indicating that there was indeed resistance to the collapse.

Steel gets soft when heated, at temperatures far below the melting point. All blacksmithing depend on it - put steel in a fire for a while, bang on it with a hammer while it's hot and malleable and it alters shape readily. Similarly, loaded support columns will buckle and bolts will shear off at forces far below their rated strength if they are heated by fire.
The building collapses on 9/11 (including building 7, damaged by debris impacts and on fire for several hours) were unique events in scale but not in principle, as there are plenty of precedents of steel structures collapsing from prolonged fires.

Put aside 9/11 & 7/7 for a minute and fast forward from that time to now and ask yourself why hasn't there been another so called terrorist attack on that large scale. Ask yourself who benefitted from all of this war on terror with bombing of foreign land and stealing resources. Ask yourself why Bin Laden is not the prime target anymore but the prime target is "terror".

Your only looking at trees at the moment with 9/11 but if you step back and look at other factors like Operation Northwoods, Trilateral Commission, Bilderberg Group and the history of banking/Vatican Church/British Empire you will see the forest.

Prince, you're being pretty vague.
I don't dispute that there is a global power elite, that people have benefited from the "war on terror" and "Operation Northwoods" proves that there were Americans willing to kill their own countrymen in order to further an agenda. What does this really prove though? Motive doesn't prove guilt. You assert things, but you don't back them up with anything substantial. I'm willing to entertain the notion that you are right, but you have to make the case.

I'm thinking about practicalities, and on a practical level I just don't see it. Or are you asserting that practicalities don't matter?

For the Spiritual Side: 9/11 was a satanic/Luciferian ritual sacrifice. A Star_Gate may have been opened, and the astrology signs were behind this event.

For the Physical Side: 9/11 was one of the major events that would help lay the foundations NewWorldOrder and the Great Plan.
Everything was planned, Many international and domestic organizations knew fully well of this event, and it was used as a way to start the war on terrorism.

You're right they weren't precisely free-fall but the towers fell faster than they could've if they were crushing themselves.

Each floor was rated at 1300 tons.
The weight alone of the collapsing sections above the fires were about 50000 tons. As the collapse progressed, the mass increased with each collapsing floor, and perhaps more importantly, so did its speed. A floor designed to withstand 1300 tons of static load will offer little resistance to a much larger mass, smashing in to it at speed. The whole collapse was a few seconds slower than free-fall, which seems quite reasonable given the forces involved.
