O God! I testify and bear witness that there is no god but You and that Muhammad (peace be upon him) is Your Prophet and that the Quran is from You and that Your angels and the jinns and the soul exists and that the hereafter and the judgment day and the hellfire and paradise is Truth, and my God, I acknowledge my wrong and immoral sins, and I pray and plead to You that you forgive them, that You show me Mercy, I beg You, God, please, forgive me for my sins! All praise belongs to You and You are the Most worthy of praise, none are worthy of being worshipped except You, You are the King and Protector and Lord and Light and Ruler and Creator of the heavens and the earth and everything in them!
-------

Onlu a dummy ignorant atheist-materialist would deny the existing of a jinn or a demon.

I have utterly fulfilled God's Command to believe in His angels and the unseen, I don't just believe in it, I know it.

Totally brutalised by Truth, brutalised by God, the King of Truth, that they exists.

+ Total annihilation of ignorance and falsehood on the matter, everything which says that they don't exists, every objection, every argument (that they don't exists), destroyed by Truth, by God, Who is The Trth, the Absolute Truth, and the King of Truth, and the Expeller of ignorance.

*And I have directly experienced and seen and witnessed them (demons, angels, jinns, the soul, spiritual)...

Thus, I have both direct experience and Absolute Knowledge given by God on the matter.

I do this.

Salaam!

Genie beings and their lives are a mystery to me
I really appreciate if anyone would like to share his knowledge/experience regarding this matter!
Brother @Marwan-Aed and @Emre are welcomed to add their experiences, if any!

Also, based on these verses:
7:13 He said: "Descend from it, for it is not for you to be arrogant here; depart, for you are disgraced."
7:14 He (Iblees) said: "Grant me respite until the Day they are resurrected?"
7:15 He said: "You are granted."
7:16 He said: "For that which You have caused me to be misled, I will stalk for them on Your straight path."

I would like to know:
Is Iblees the one who refused to prostrate to Adam still alive to this day?
Any response is welcomed!

Thank you.

Peace shukri,

The story of Iblees represents the negative side of mankind.  Iblees (negativity) was
created before Adam.  When the second form of mankind (the humans) was created Iblees
was instructed to prostrate to him.  Prostrate is the wrong translation, look below and find
a more suitable translation.  I have chosen below in bold what I think would be a better
explanation.

Siin-Jiim-Dal = lowly, humble, submissive, worship, adore, prostrate, make obeisance, lower/bend oneself down towards the ground, lower the head, to salute/honor/magnify, to pay respect, to stand up, to look continuedly and tranquilly.
MSJD - parts of a man that are the places of SJD, e.g. forehead/nose/hands/knees/feet etc. Any mode/place/practice in which the act of SJD is done.

Iblees and humans both have decedents until judgement day:

18:50 and [mention] when We said to the angels, "Prostrate to Adam," and they prostrated, except for Iblees. He was of the jinn and departed from the command of his Lord. Then will you take him and his descendants as allies other than Me while they are enemies to you? Wretched it is for the wrongdoers as an exchange

The Jinn are people:

[46:29]And [mention, O Muhammad], when We directed to you a few of the jinn, listening to the Qur'an. And when they attended it, they said, "Listen quietly." And when it was concluded, they went back to their people as Warners.

God bless you.

Thanks brother hawk99 for the input!
God bless you.

Just a note:
If the translation of verses 7:13-16 on my Reply #41 is valid
I think the iblees who was in "exalted assembly" is still alive today and he will die on the time appointed i.e. the Day of the first blowing of the Trumpet.

Anyway, I will stop here for this thread
AND for Brother @Marwan-Aed and @Emre, thank you for sharing your experience!

Salam for all
