Assalamu Alaikum fellow Muslims,
I stumbled upon this sight (through Google search) by accident. Alhamdulillah although I have not made any du'a for God to guide me to the truth, Allah has always known the dilemma in my heart and the doubts I have been having regarding some traditions that have always been part of Islamic teaching.
I am not an Arabic speaking person. So, you can imagine the difficulties I have been having understanding the word of God. Thanks to the Most High, most of my problems have been solved from the day I stumbled on the pdf version of the monotheist translation of the Noble Qur'an. All Praise and Glory be to God.
Free-Minds or the Monotheist Group have done a good job. May Allah reward them abundantly. There is however, the need to do more in order to help millions like myself study the Qur'an.
I just finished reading an article titled; HOW TO STUDY THE QUR'AN. It is a beautiful write up, easy to read and Insha Allah I start putting into practice the methods outlined. I would also like to call on you my brothers and sisters to consider developing a book where the various subjects/topic in the Qur'an are arranged for easy reference and study. Now, I have no idea how this can be done but I know it will be of great value and importance to all who want to study the Qur'an. May Allah help us in the great da'wah and bestow His mercy on all believers.
