We know better what to do when such a thing happens which is to turn the goddamn 'bimbit' off ;D. The most important thing is not to disturb others. It happened to me once that during an Ied prayer a little kid was crying so loud that everyone around felt very disturbed. Yet, the mother kept on praying and ignoring her kid. I'm sure she did so because she did not want her prayer to be nullified or something, but I believe she should have stopped praying and took her kid outside rather than keeping others disturbed. Besides, God is very understanding and merciful.

It is SO annoying when this happens in the midst of prayer. There are signs in the mosques to remind people but come on folks this is common sense, decency and courtesy!!!!

I don't know what to make out from the article. Is this a joke? Do people really need instructions on how to turn of their phones and the need to turn them off?  :brickwall: :brickwall: That said, even words aren't enough to explain the need to turn of the phones, we need pictures and images to show how its done????? I mean...  :rotfl: :rotfl: This has got to be a joke!!

The article cites that according the hadiths, phones should be switched off. Why is there even a need to consult the hadith?? I thought that would have been common sense and not need hadith backing!!!! What's the alternative to not turning off the phone,  :& :hmm  letting the phone ring annoyingly during solat??? answering the phone in the midst solat??

Its pretty pathetic that people need to be told, illustrating it in pictures for easier understanding.
Those 2 pages was waste of ink and paper it was printed on, it's all common sense!!

Yup. The last paragraph of the first page, "daripada kesemua hadis-hadis yang dikemukakan di atas, maka hukum mematikan telefon bimbit adalah wajib,.. " . This roughly translates to "From all the hadiths to be found for the aforementioned above (concerning mobile phones ringing), the ruling is that it is obligatory to turn off the mobile phone."  Could another Malay native speaker correct me, I'm not that fluent in my Malay. Anyways, I'm pretty sure this should be the gist of it.
