Aidid Safar's Translation

Salam brothers and sisters,

I see in Aidid's website his translation got stuck at 3:19 for quite some time now.

Does anybody knows what happened to him? or why he stops translating the Quran?

I went on Aidid's site and I was quite disgusted to read that he thought that much of the world's hostility towards traditional Islam is justified. There religion is bad but not so bad that you can justify the hatred. There are a few barbaric laws in the religion but we don't have the satanic sharia ruling all the world ::) and I find that most religions have a dark side but any thing bad about traditional islam is always highlighted. Sure there's a lot of shirk in traditional Islam but the whole flippin' world commits shirk too ::). I don't understand how he thinks the hostility is justified. ???

I really wanna buy his book but I have to wait until December coz I'm too young to get a credit card yet :( I can't ask my mum to get it for me coz she would hit the roof if she found out what was written on it :-X

Aidid sounds kinda racist though...

Peace all. I think a combination of aideeds work,and shabbir ahmeds translation is very helpful....Remember the book is only as good as the reader... ;)
