Good documentary by Trevor Phillips, who used to be head of a diversity committee for England. He shows how it can be dangerous to be too "politically correct" when it comes to ethnicity and stereotypes. He also shows how there are stereotypes that are true. He presents cases where shying away from "racially-sensitive" topics has caused crime and death to continue where it could have otherwise been addressed and/or prevented. To shy away from "racially sensitive" topics just because you're scared to be called a racist is weak. To call someone stating facts a "racist" or "bigot" is even weaker.

The key point he wants to make is that people need to be more open and break down barriers to taboo topics or opinions. Offend and be offended. Open discussion and debate is better than silencing opposition to the mainstream ideas that are promoted.
