Aynur, if ever someone attacks you with that hadith (like saying you shouldn't say anything about Islam since you're a woman etc), then tell them that the Quran only has one case of reversion in it. The revert was not only a woman but a queen who ruled over men! Contrastingly, the male ruler in the Quran is Firaun, the archetypal enemy of Islam! That should shut their yaps!

It bothers you, and you're a guy right?  It bothers me probably more since I'm a woman.   
I've looked at all explanations for this, from the Sunni perspective and none of them are good.  Women have an element of caring in them as mothers, that I don't think men have - not in the same extent. 
Sure, there *are* evil women.  But there are also evil guys! 
The nicest explanation that I saw was the numbers one.  Saying that there are just more women so that's why it says more women are in hell.  BUT, the hadith specifically says more women are in hell because they're ungrateful to their husbands.  So why would they go to hell for being ungrateful .... if it said "ungrateful to Allah" that's another thing.  But it doesn't.

Anyhow, I agree with you; the hadith doesn't make sense. Is being ungrateful to your husband worse than starting wars, committing massacres, or torturing people etc. (as men are inclined to do). What about men raping women, domestic violence, corruption and so on... I really don't think women are more evil than men, that's a very illogical thing to say.

I do hate feminism by the way. Especially American women! I don't mean it in a racist way, but I've heard that American women are terrible Divorce law greatly favors women over men in the US. They can cheat on their husbands, and when the husband asks for a divorce, she gets his money as a reward

i'm a western muslim (is that even possible in your worldview ?) and  believe that quran was, at the time of its revelation, a feminist book as it gave women rights they never had before

By saying you hate American women, you are by association saying you hate me - since I'm American. 
I don't think you can generalize a country with a population of more than 300 million.  That would be like me generalizing about Turks, saying all men are control freaks or something of that nature.
While some are terrible, you can't apply it to everyone.
Sure, divorce laws may favor the moms (but, it really depends on what state you're in here).  But, from what I heard in Turkey it favors the dads.  I personally think the moms should be the ones raising the kids, unless the moms are unfit.  Actually, I think it should be a joint effort even after divorce.  That is why there are many with joint custody or where the father has the kids every weekend when he's not working ... or something like that.
