my salaam,infacte i just saw it yesterday.Well...as a former christian,i think they just over done it,to emphasize to people to believe in jesus as the son of God,in my view it`s kind of a propaganda of christianity(to be more precise catholicisme,it`s done in a way to call back people to believe in that sect of christianity.There again you see how satan works he uses all mean necessary to bring back people to associating saints...or watheva they call it this days with God).Infact don`t get me wrong i do believe that demon possession is possible,but i`ve you noticed in the movie,every single time the priest was calling upon jesus to remove the demons from the body of the girls,they seem to become more powerful.you also know that thru out the years human beeings can change storys of events in their advantage(we have a clear exemples oh the ahadis).my salaam to you.

I saw it the other night and I must say that it is more interesting to read. It is true what the good doctor said about possesion being a universal, as well as various forms of exorcism. I don't know, I still think the original excorcist beats all others

real story is quite different from the story showed in the movie
according to the real story the priests had done exorcism on Anneliese Michel on daily basis and 40 times the exorcisms have been recorded but in the movie they show tht exorcism waz done only once and the second time emily her self refused , well too bad nothin worked for Anneliese Michel i think this was the reason some pple started questioning the roman catholic church ,but i guess in the movie they couldnt show the actual reality since they wanted to make  a horror movie and not a controverstiol one
the last part didnt make sense to me .did she let herself suffer becoz she wanted the world to know dat demons exist??
anywayz this is one movie which really shock me up, itz very scary n i couldnt sleep well for 2 or 3 nites , n at nite  i dont sleep in the dark
