يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنَّمَا الْمُشْرِكُونَ نَجَسٌ فَلَا يَقْرَبُوا
الْمَسْجِدَ الْحَرَامَ بَعْدَ عَامِهِمْ هَٰذَا وَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ عَيْلَةً فَسَوْفَ
يُغْنِيكُمُ اللَّهُ مِن فَضْلِهِ إِن شَاءَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ
O You who have chosen to be graced with belief! The idolaters have made their hearts
unclean (and the Sacred Masjid of Makkah is the House of Pure Monotheism.
Only those who believe in the Divine System can administer this Sacred House]
So let not the Idolaters come close to it (for administering the House) after this
year of theirs. If you fear loss of any gains, God will enrich you with His bounty.
This is the promise of God Who is Knower, Wise. [See 9:18 for administration
or maintenance. Also, note that God invites all mankind, not Muslims alone, to
the Pilgrimage of the Sacred House. 3:97, 22:27]

Then I hope to hear your comment on this:

For a simple reason of eating of that on which Allah's name has not been mentioned
Even the Prophet would become associator, ie. not a Muslim
Despite the syahadah, salat, fasting, zakat and sadaqah, hajj, jihad etc.......
Prophet Muhammad will not be a Muslim if disobey the "DO NOT" prohibition (breach of contract).


Now the question....

1. Can we claim more privilege than the Prophet?

2. Can you prove that we are allowed to ignore the "DO NOT" prohibition
    and still entitle to call ourselves a Muslim?

is referring to you (plural) "innaKUM" and not to you (Muhammad)

وَسَارِعُوٓاْ إِلَىٰ مَغۡفِرَةٍ۬ مِّن رَّبِّڪُمۡ وَجَنَّةٍ عَرۡضُهَا ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٲتُ وَٱلۡأَرۡضُ أُعِدَّتۡ لِلۡمُتَّقِينَ
Be quick in the race for forgiveness from your Lord and for a Garden whose width is that (of the whole) of the heavens and of the earth, prepared for the righteous.
57:21,
سَابِقُوٓاْ إِلَىٰ مَغۡفِرَةٍ۬ مِّن رَّبِّكُمۡ وَجَنَّةٍ عَرۡضُہَا كَعَرۡضِ ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ أُعِدَّتۡ لِلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ بِٱللَّهِ وَرُسُلِهِۦۚ ذَٲلِكَ فَضۡلُ ٱللَّهِ يُؤۡتِيهِ مَن يَشَآءُۚ وَٱللَّهُ ذُو ٱلۡفَضۡلِ ٱلۡعَظِيمِ
Be ye foremost (in seeking) Forgiveness from your Lord, and a Garden (of Bliss), the width whereof is as the width of Heaven and earth, prepared for those who believe in Allah and His messengers: that is the Grace of Allah which He bestows on whom He pleases: and Allah is the Lord of Grace abounding.

The above two verses inform us that the paradise will be as big as the whole creation. This paradise cannot exist now because there is ZERO room for it if it is going to be as big as the whole creation.  It will be created through the process of evolution in the future and is going to replace the present Universe.

The following verse tell us that this Universe will end and a new one will come out of it.
21:104,
يَوۡمَ نَطۡوِى ٱلسَّمَآءَ ڪَطَىِّ ٱلسِّجِلِّ لِلۡڪُتُبِۚ كَمَا بَدَأۡنَآ أَوَّلَ خَلۡقٍ۬ نُّعِيدُهُ ۥۚ وَعۡدًا عَلَيۡنَآۚ إِنَّا كُنَّا فَـٰعِلِينَ
The Day that we roll up the heavens like a scroll rolled up for books (completed)― even as We produced the first Creation, so shall We produce a new one: a promise We have undertaken: truly shall We fulfill it.

Verse 29:20 tells us to go and find out how the creation started, then afterwards GOD will create the Hereafter.

قُلۡ سِيرُواْ فِى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ فَٱنظُرُواْ ڪَيۡفَ بَدَأَ ٱلۡخَلۡقَۚ ثُمَّ ٱللَّهُ يُنشِئُ ٱلنَّشۡأَةَ ٱلۡأَخِرَةَۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلَىٰ ڪُلِّ شَىۡءٍ۬ قَدِيرٌ۬
Say: "Travel through the earth and see how Allah did originate creation: so will Allah produce a later creation: for Allah has power over all things.

And, 53:47,
وَأَنَّ عَلَيۡهِ ٱلنَّشۡأَةَ ٱلۡأُخۡرَىٰ
And that upon Him is to bringing out the last creation.

a confusion came up. As per 4:102

وَإِذَا كُنتَ فِيهِمْ فَأَقَمْتَ لَهُمُ الصَّلَاةَ فَلْتَقُمْ طَائِفَةٌ مِّنْهُم
مَّعَكَ وَلْيَأْخُذُوا أَسْلِحَتَهُمْ فَإِذَا سَجَدُوا فَلْيَكُونُوا مِن
وَرَائِكُمْ وَلْتَأْتِ طَائِفَةٌ أُخْرَىٰ لَمْ يُصَلُّوا فَلْيُصَلُّوا مَعَكَ
........
what I under stood is that imam will complete two rakats but each group will complete only one raka behind the imam.
Is it so?
