Forum Suggestions / Re: Why am I IP banned
August 30, 2018, 05:34:45 AM
hi I think the issue is your router. You could try resetting it. Most router have a reset button nowadays, so that might work. :) What does the error message look like when you enter the site using wifi?

Which also causes FPS drop. I think my laptop fan is having a hard time catching up. I have to 2 fans to cool down my laptop when i play games.

Yeah it does affect the FPS, for me some days ago my PC screen (I'm using a desktop) turned red because the CPU was overheating. Not sure why my CPU would overheat either considering the fact that I'm using an extremly good CPU-cooler which is this one (Noctua nh-d15):

https://noctua.at/en/nh-d15

It's actually a pretty big air cooler and beats most liquid coolers, looks like this when installed on a motherboard: https://youtu.be/QtYMX73XsDw?t=6m37s I think the heatsink has dust in it.. Or it might be the room temprature that's affecting it which is most likely the reason.

Tbh Cerberus I think you can argue the same for movies. :) But I don't consider video games to be a waiste of time. Anyway I really hope this weather/temprature from the summer goes away already haha, it is really hard to play a video game when the temperature is like at 30 C and the PC literally creates more heat because of games that are GPU and CPU-intensive..

Matrimony / Re: 56 and possibly alone till I die!

I don't think you should give up on finding a partner. I've seen people dating or marrying even at the age of 70 and over that too. If you don't find here you could try the Muslim matrimony sites that exist but not sure how good they are. Anyway good luck to you and I wish you the best :)

I think video games are for dead people.

I used to play them a lot, but since I now want to LIVE, I try to avoid them. I can still feel the temptation every now and then.

Living is kinda hard. Dying is pretty easy. You can easily obliterate your existence and play some really good immersive RPG. (I loved SKYRIM btw)

Do you mean that video games can become quite time consuming? If so I disagree but then I think it depends on who is playing the video game and what video game it is I guess. For me I've found video games to be mostly boring now unless it's developed by a large company like Bioware or Red Cd Projekt and even then when I finish them they don't really become as fun anymore. I don't think you should worry so much :) For me RPGs like these are awesome but never enough to be time consuming especially not during the summer:

I love the bloom effect they've added to the game and a couple of other graphics tweaking.

I know that video games like Rust can be somewhat time consuming and it's usually because people can ruin for you in the game even while you're offline so you need to make sure that all of the time you've spent doesn't go to waiste by remaining active.

I agree Skyrim was fun, it used to be my favorite RPG when it first came out besides the Mass Effect series but it's hard to get back to the game today :) There was one thing I liked about Skyrim a lot too besides the fact that it was an open world, it was the thousands of Mods that existed on the game and how moddable the game was. Best part was when Bethedsa released the housing DLC which was fun and the creation kit. Let's see how the new Elder Scrolls game will turn out to be, I'm pretty sure it's going to be much better and with better graphics too since I'd assume the game engine they use has probaly improved since Skyrim and the Elder Scrolls Online.

That reminded me

Here it is around 30? C, regarding the wild fires I think there has always been wild fires at some point but the newschannels here in Sweden are acting as if it has happened recently. I know the government has taken measures against it too such as banning barbeques (this doesn't apply if on private property of course) which has never happened in history before and I'm pretty sure most countries are beginning to implement similar laws. Edit: The prohibition was removed today so the situation with the wild fire seems to have gotten better.

I do think we have destroyed and are destroying our planet and should start worrying about the enviromental impact as soon as possible. It would be better if all countries started to work together on improving the planet. That includes stopping wars, political interest, etc. Whenever a European country faces wild fire other European countries tend to help. It would be nice if we could help the countries outside Europe too.

Yeah Insurgency: Sandstorm looks great! :) Think they got inspired a lot by Battlefield and Call of Duty with that game.. Reminds me a bit of Star Wars Battlefront with the FPS-style.

I think Cyberpunk 2077 will be a great game (one of the best infact) mainly because it is going to be a lot bigger than the Witcher 3 (my guess is it's going to be around 60-80 GB once its releases) with around 300 developers that are working on the game and the development of the game has gone on now for years. I know the Witcher 3 takes forever to complete since there's so much to explore and everything is worth the time. Red Cd Projekt are great at what they do too, infact the Witcher 3 was given universal acclaim by metacritic and they never disappoint their fanbase either which makes it very likely that Cyberpunk 2077 will be a great game.

I think Cyberpunk 2077 is going to become an awesome game released in the upcoming years, 8) developed by the same devs that made the Witcher, it's going to be a lot bigger than the Witcher in terms of gameplay too :):

Hey guys I read this article today were Israel, which runs kangaroo courts (and sadly gets away with it too with the help of the constant VETOs by the US in the UN) while killing civilians in Gaza and the WB decided to downgrade Arabic's recognised status (i.e. it's no longer considered an official language in the country) despite the fact that the majority people actually used to speak Arabic prior to the declaration of Israel and not Hebrew and a significant amount of the population still speak Arabic up until today.

Za'tar is awesome. Off course it will be healthy a bunch of herbs and sesame seeds is bound to be good for you.

Totally agreed :) I know they make them really good in the Levant were they usually add it to e.g fatayer which tastes very good.

I've only heard good things about it from the older generation.

Making tea out of it is how we do it here and it is much more effective than just sprinkling a little on your salad.

by the way, Za'atar = Origano

Wouldn't you say it is better to eat it rather than drinking water (which is sort off soaked by the herb)? I'm thinking you would get more of the nutrients that way. :) But the tea version does sound nice too.

I think the Muslim countries have a lot of plant-based food that can be very healthy such as hummus, fatayer with za'atar, m'jedderah (a mix of lentils and bulgur wheat), chorbat Al-ads (lentil soup), tabbouleh, fattoush, biryani rice, etc.
