Salam,

Thank God for showing u the way Floss :D

I wonder why its mostly Catholics who are convinced by the Quran and understand the problem of todays 'organization of Islam'

I also heard that Catholics are not really into their religion. Is it true?

Peace,

General Issues / Questions / Chapter 90 Verse 3
January 28, 2006, 09:07:45 PM
Salam,

I have a question about Al Quran 90:3, some Christian guy points out that the verse says that God swears in the name of the Father and the Son, therefore it leads to Christianity.

Please help me to find out whether this is true or not.

Salam,

I just wanna know what people think about my opinion that Osama and Zawahiri are 'good' people deep down. Why I think so ? Because as we all know they abandon luxurious life and live in caves instead and they also spend their enormous wealth for the cause that they think is the right path.
I think they are different than Al Zarqawi, a former thug (and he still is) who doesnt know much about Islaam, or Saddam Hussein who claims that he struggles for Islaam while killing muslims on daily basis and racking up their wealth to build huge palaces for himself.
I also heard that Osama and Zawahiri were against the Taliban's policy (CIA report says the Taliban offered Osama to the Saudis yet they refused) in Afghanistan, but they had nowhere else to go so the situation gave them no chance to go against the host.
I also have the impression that Osama is actually a humble and kind person. I think he is just following the path that the people around him follow (which is unfortunately wrong). I believe he is not that closed minded and open to new ideas if there is someone who can win his respect and convince him to the right path.

By the way, once again this is just opinion .  Dont accuse of being Al Qaeda sympathizer or something  :D

Salam,

I agree that ignorance is not the only source of violence, especially toward women. The fact is that women are oppressed all over the world (in many ways). We must not forget that the highest rate of rape and women's killings is still held by South Africa and the United Mistakes (lol)
