General Issues / Questions / Prophet Haggai
November 30, 2014, 09:16:27 PM
Salam all,
Has anyone researched or discussed the relationship between the Word "Haj" (Making Haj to Allah's House" in the Quran and Prophet Hajjai who is mentioned in the Old Testament. The following is a translated quote from the Old Testament (http://www.devotions.net/bible/37haggai.htm):

(Haggai 1) In the second year of King Darius, in the sixth month, on the first day of the month, the word of the LORD came by the prophet Haggai to Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and to Joshua son of Jehozadak, the high priest: 2 Thus says the LORD of hosts: These people say the time has not yet come to rebuild the Lord's house. 3 Then the word of the LORD came by the prophet Haggai, saying: 4 Is it a time for you yourselves to live in your paneled houses, while this house lies in ruins?

Looking forward to read your comments.

Thank you

Peace all,
It has been a while since I last visit FM. It is good to be back.

i just want to see if this was discussed before. What is the Sin that God does not forgive even if the person who commits it asks for forgiveness?

Peace all,

Does anyone know where the Suni Salfi gather these days?
I need your help in locating website where Suni gather so I can have some fun in debating with them.
Arabic or English site are fine.

Thanks

Peace all,

Here is the mentioning of the first Focal Point (see verses below); however, I could not find its place of directions in Quran ( as we know the second Focal point is toward the Ristricted Masjed).

The foolish from among the people will say: ?What has turned them away from the focal point that they were on?? Say: ?To God are the east and the west, He guides whomsoever He wishes to a straight path.?

2-143 And as such, We have made you a balanced nation so that you may be witness over the people, and that the messenger may be witness over you. And We did not make the focal point that you became on except to distinguish who follows the messenger from those who will turn on their heels. It was a great thing indeed except for those whom God had guided; God was not to waste your belief. God is Merciful and Compassionate over the people.
Arabic
Original Text

If the place is not mentioned in Quran, then, should we accept that not everything revealed to the prophet are written in the Quran?

This question has been hunting me for a while and I realy want your feedback.
Thanks

Please let us share our thoughts of how to protect God's Messages from These Radicals who are insisting to destroy the true Message of Quran... I have been sick to my stomach since I saw them in CNN last night.

General Issues / Questions / Food for your Ego!!!!!!!
October 04, 2009, 03:57:52 PM
19:67   Does men not remember that We created him before, when he was not a thing?

Yes, we should always remember that "YOU WERE NOTHING Before being born", when arguing about God's CLEAR Messages.
And when our limited brain fails to grasp the wisdom behind One of our Lord's Law, then we should always say:

WE Heard, and We Obey.

Do not let your Ego makes you think that your Logic is immune from failing, and let it not prevent you from saying "WE Heard, and We Obey", when you don't understand the wisdom of your Lord.

Finally, Ask Him to grant you the Wisdom, so you may not struggle in understanding his messages.

Peace all,
Here are the Lies that free-minds.org are Promoting in the name of Islam:

Anyone opens http://free-minds.org/, he or she can read the following  lies in section:

"WHAT IS DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ISLAM AND TODAY'S PRACTICES?"

First Lie:
In Islam, Thieves do not have their hands cut-off, but are made to work until they return that which is stolen (12:76), Vs. Sunni and Shia teachings which brutally amputate the hands causing disability...

It Violates the well-established Law of verse 5-38

Second Lie:

# In Islam, Pilgrimage is a centre for gathering of nations and for all to witness the benefits of being together (22:27-28), Vs. Sunni and Shia bringing in polytheistic rituals and superstition (touching of black stone, circling 7 times, etc..)...

It violates the well-established order of Quran, Torah and Bible to make Pilgrimage to Jerusalem

Third Lie:
# In Islam, a Year is a luni-solar count made of 365-days (17:12, 9:36), with all the seasons fitting-in-place Vs. Sunnis teaching it to be a lunar one based on 354 days which creates confusion of seasons and time?

It violates the well-established order of Quran, Torah, and Bible to use the Sun cycle to Calculate the Day, Moon Cycle to calculate the Month period (the number of days per month), and 12 Moon Cycle period to calculate one years.

To me, this seems like another sect that has its own laws that are not 100% from Quran; thus, they are promoting what is not 100% Pure Islam.

Prophets and Messengers / Prophet VS Messenger
August 29, 2009, 12:03:40 AM
Peace All and Happy Rammadan,

Recently I came to a new understanding of the difference between a Prophet and a Messenger of God.
A Prophet is the one who prophesies about the Unseen; in other words, the truthes about the unseen are being revealed to Him.
A Messenger is the one who deliver Messages from God to Humans; in other words, God reveal certain Messages to him to deliver to People.

Example, Mohamed (PBUH) was a Prophet because the Unseen were revealed to him and written in Quran (3-44), and a Messenger because God send His Messages to us through him, whom He wrote in the Quran (5-67).

Hence, The Quran contains Messages (i.e., Guides) and Prophecies (i.e., tales and news about the unseen)
Let me know if this makes sense.

Peace all:

Let us read the following and reevaluate our Deen:

Lest you say: ?The Scripture was only sent down to two groups before us, and we were unaware of their study!?

Who are the Ones whom will say the above? are they the moslems (US)

What are the Two Books, which we are not aware of its studies, that were sent before on Two Groups? Are they the Torah and Injeel. According to the following verse and many others, yes they are the Torah and Injeel, which many of us here ignore their Teachings.

2:4   And those who believe in what was sent down to you, and what was sent down before you, and regarding the Hereafter they are certain.

If the above is TRUE, then here what will happend:

Or you say: ?If the Scripture was sent to us we would have been more guided than they!? Clarity has come to you from your Lord, and a guidance and a mercy. Who is more wicked than one who denies God?s revelations and turns away from them? We will punish those who turn away from Our revelations with the pain of retribution for what they turned away.

Do they wait until the angels will come to them, or your Lord comes, or some signs from your Lord? The day some signs come from your Lord, it will do no good for any soul to believe if it did not believe before, or it gained good through its belief. Say: ?Wait, for we are waiting.?

May God Bless those who are seeking His Truth

Peace all:
While discussing in this thread http://free-minds.org/forum/index.php?topic=9598129.0, I concluded the following:

Jesus was given  the Injeel (not through Wahy, Jibril), as was the Torah to Moses, and was not sent down directly on him (through Wahy), as Mohamed with the Quran.
In other words, I believe that the Injeel was SENT Down on someone Else and was given to Jesus...Moreover, I believe that the Prophet Yahia is the one Who Received the Injeel during Jesus time, and then was Giving to Jesus.

Here is a Verse that Shows the Different between Sent Down and Given

Say: ?We believe in God and in what was sent down to us and what was sent down to Abraham, and Ishmael, and Isaac, and Jacob, and the Patriarchs, and what was given to Moses and Jesus, and what was given to the prophets from their Lord; we do not make any distinction between any of them and to Him we submit.?

If My argument is True, then, the Scroll of Isaiah (the link is provided in the above link) is the Injeel that was sent down on Prophet Isaiah and was Given to Jesus.

Please only constructive reply would help us to reach a Sound Conclusion.
May God Bless those who are seeking his Knowledge.

Peace all:

Is this the Injeel of Jesus that we, moslems, should believe in?

http://www.ao.net/~fmoeller/qumdir.htm

I did not read it all, but so far, it seems aligned with Quran.

May God Complete our Islam and lead us to His Light.

Waiting for your comments when you read through it.
Thank you

Peace All:

This is the picture of Makam Abraham in Macca;

please note that this is where Abraham stood while building Kabba, according to Sunni.

As you Know, God stated that the LANDMARK for the Masjed Elharm is a Clear Sign of Makam Abraham (2-125), and therefore, the suni state that this is the landmark.

Can You Note that the foot print is for a Person who Has Two LEFT FOOT and not Left and Right

Please note the structure of the two foot Toes

This people are saying that Abraham had two left foot.... Is this a true FABRICATED LIE?

This where the photo is posted.

And that is where I debated about Makam Abraham

What is happening in the Moslem world, is it a God?s Test or Curse?

I was listening to one of the suni Imam talking about the moslem world situations; the Imam said that what is happening is a God?s Test as were prophet Mohamed, Joseph and all the others were tested before us.
Hum?I asked some of my friends (whom are sunis) a Question, who is stronger in faith, the Prophets or us? The answer was surely the Prophets. Then I said, but why the Prophets were tested for about 10 years at most and the Moslem world has been for more than 1000 year? And I continued by saying the next verse:

2:214 Or did you expect that you would enter Paradise, while the example of those who were before you came to you; they were stricken with adversity and hardship, and they were shaken until the messenger and those who believed with him said: ?When is God?s victory?? Yes indeed, God?s victory is near.

Therefore, the prophet was stricken after few years until God gave him victory.
My friends looked at me and said what do you mean? I smiled and said: What is happening for the past 1000 years is not a Test but a curse?after all, our faith are not stronger than prophets. It is the curse that God promises in his Quran to punish with those who associate lies to God?s religion and use it to judge between their societies.

And their reaction was: are you back again talking bad about Prophet Suna?

End of my story.
Now to you...is it a God's Curse or Test ?
