The Quranic verse is :

إِنَّا نَحْنُ نَزَّلْنَا الذِّكْرَ وَإِنَّا لَهُ لَحَافِظُونَ﴿15:9﴾
(15:9) As regards this Admonition, it is We Who have sent it down, and We Ourself will preserve it. *

-- Without i.e violating "LAWS OF NATURE.

Rashid = راشد = 
200+1+300+4= 505 = 5+0+5=10=1+0= 1
Shaitaan = شيطان
300+10+9+1+50=370=3+7+0=10=1+0=1

Theory of 19
= 1+9 = 10=1+0 = 1
The earth was purified from him in 1990
=1+9+9+0 = 19 =1+9 =10 =1+0=1
