An English translation of the Quran - 6:154   Then We gave Moses the Book, to complete for those who do right, and to fully detail all things, and a guide and mercy that they may believe in the meeting of their Lord.
6:155   And this is a Book that We have sent down which is blessed, so follow it and be aware, that you may receive mercy.
6:156   Lest you say: "The Book was only sent down to two groups before us, and we were unaware of their study!"
6:157   Or you say: "If the Book was sent to us we would have been more guided than they!" Clarity has come to you from your Lord, and a guidance and a mercy. Who is more wicked than he who denies the revelations of God and turns away from them? We will punish those who turn away from Our revelations with the pain of retribution for what they turned away.
6:158   Do they wait until the angels come to them, or your Lord comes, or certain signs come from your Lord? The Day certain signs come from your Lord, it will do no good for any soul to believe if it did not believe before, or it gained good through its belief. Say: "Wait, for we are waiting."
6:159   Those who have divided their system and become sects, you are not with them in anything. Their matter will be with God, then He will inform them of what they had done.
6:160   Whoever comes with a good deed, he will receive ten times its worth, and whoever comes with a sin, he will only be recompensed its like; they will not be wronged.
6:161   Say: "My Lord has guided me to a straight path, an upright system, the creed of Abraham the monotheist; he was not of the polytheists."
6:162   Say: "My communion, and my rites, and my life, and my death, are all to God-Lord of the worlds."
6:163   "He has no partner, and it is to this that I was commanded, and I am the first of those who have submitted."
6:164   Say: "Shall I seek other than God as a Lord when He is the Lord of everything?" And every soul earns what is for it; and no bearer may carry the burden of another. Then to your Lord is your return and He will inform you of what you disputed in.
6:165   And He is the One who made you inheritors on the earth, and He raised some of you over others in grades, to test you with what He had given you. Your Lord is swift to punishment, and He is Forgiving, Merciful.

i am not going to say any further with my own words. Let the Quran speak for it's own.

An English translation of the Quran - 4:136 O you who believe; believe in God and His messenger, and the Book which was sent down to His messenger, and the Book which was sent before. And whoever rejects God, and His angels, and His Books, and His messengers, and the Last Day; then he has strayed a far straying.

Today i was eating in a restaurant and i heard some people talking about a narration which said that Anas Ibn Malik was beaten on hes arms and that's why they pray like him without raising their arms.

So i was thinking, should i start preaching about quran alone, and believing in the previous scriptures. Yes, i took my chance and i started preaching to these 6 old men.

I told them about why they teach us sectarian fabricated narrations which oppose the quran and the gospel and the psalms and the torah. In the end i shared verses like 2:285, 5:47 and 24:58 with them.

We were talking about sects, quran, gospel, psalms, torah and the 5 times prayers vs the 3 times prayer etc.

There was only 1 point that i could improve, or at least 1. And that was by knowing the arabic langauge. It was like they had the excuse to tell me that i do not know what the quran said because i do not know what it said in the original arabic langauge.

So i advice all of you to learn the arabic language. And start preaching the word of God.

After reading the Gospel and the Quran it seems that i understand atm that God will recreate the same earth and people as we know.

What do you things know? Please post quranic verses with them.

I used to fantasize how paradise would be. But it seems that with my understanding now it will be a new earth? But then how would hell look like?

Arabic / Nahw / Grammar
December 11, 2016, 03:26:03 PM
Is someone learning the Arabic grammar which is called a Nahw?

I learned that there are three types of words:

Ism - noun

Fihl - verb

Harf - preposition

And how do you study Arabic? I am studying it on the web, from different sources. It feels great to read the Arabic Quran after years of reading it from translations.

It's like i remembered that Mohammed is from the line of Ismael, does the Quran tell us that Mohammed was from the line of Ismael son of Abraham?

Because in the Torah in Deut 18:15-18 God is speaking to Moses about a someone from the brethren of Moses which is from the line of Isaac and since Isaac is the brother of Ismael..? We read in the Quran that Mohammed was mentioned in the Torah and the Gospel.

I found the Torah, Deut 18:15-18 and the Gospel 16:14 and since i know how to read Hebrew i have found the name of Mohammed used also in the parts which King Solomon did receive in song of sons 5:16. It clearly said: MEM, HA, MEM, DALLET. They didn't translate it properly in most or all translations. They translated the meaning of the name. But we all know that we shouldn't translate names. Example: we shouldn't translate the word Israel into the one who wrestles with God etc. And the thing is, Mohammed in Arabic means the praised one etc.? So they can't turn away from it.

But my question is, does the Quran tell us that Mohammed was from the line of Ismael?

An English translation of the Quran - 11:17 For those who are on a clarity from their Lord, and are followed by a testimony from Him; and before it was the Book of Moses, a beacon and a mercy; they will believe in it. And whoever rejects it from among the Confederates, then the Fire is his meeting place. So do not be in any doubt about it. It is the truth from your Lord, but most of the people do not believe.

11:18 And who is more wicked than he who invents lies about God? They will be displayed before their Lord, and the witnesses will say: "These are the ones who have lied about their Lord." Alas, the curse of God will be upon the wicked.

Why does God tell us that whoever rejects it from among the Confederates that they will have the Fire as their meeting place? Why does God tell us that those who are on a clarity of their Lord that they will believe in it and why do some forum members here tell us that we should disbelieve and reject it?
What argument do you have after the word of God who told us that it's the truth from Him, and the most of the people do not believe? At least respect others who do believe, since there is no compulsion in the system. At least do not invent lies about God!
Stop misguiding others by telling them that the Torah does contain errors, because you are lieing and can not even read the Hebrew Torah. The word of God is perfect, and it's He who protects the Reminder. Really, do you want me to become a witness against you?

An English translation of the Quran - 11:19 Those who repel others from the path of God and they seek to twist it; and regarding the Herafter they are in denial.

11:23 Those who believe and do good works, and are humble towards their Lord; they are the dwellers of Paradise, in it they will remain.

May the Peace be with you,

Most of us were part of a sect, and i do not know if everyone of us still remembers the "most authentic" writers of narrations about the prophet Mohammed. Lets make a list with (ONLY) those writers which are being seen as "most authentic sources".

I mean literally "MOST AUTHENTIC", that doesn't mean that a "preacher" in 2016 is "authentic". To be clear, the most "old/'true'/uphold" ones that are given "authority". Please do not go off topic! Just make your own thread, or there are enough threads with chats about these sects.

Example: I come from a sunni/salafi background and their most authentic sources of narrations in name of Mohammed are the books of these compilers/narrators:

1 Bukhari
2 Muslem
3 Abo Dawood
4 Ibn Madja
5 Tirmidhi
6 Nasai

Let's keep this post clean, and organised. Please comment only with the names of the "most authentic" of the sect that you followed and the title of the sect. Lets make this an organised thread, post in the standards given below.

I will post mine again to keep the standards:

May the Peace be with you,

The Sunni and Shia claim to follow the words of Mohammed. As an ex-sunni/salafi i know that they propagate the books of Bukhari, Ibn Madja, Muslem, Tirmidhi, Nasai and Abo Dawood which they claim to be the most authentic of theirs.

Well don't worry, they are full with falsehood, lies, contradictions and propaganda. But now, i also want to know what other sects uphold so that i can speak to those to spread the message of God alone.

So is there any ex-shia who knows what the most authentic books are which the shia claim to be the words of Mohammed?

May the Lord forgive us, purify us, protect us, guide us, and grant us Hes eternal bliss.

Peace.

General Issues / Questions / How to overcome evil:

An English translation of the Gospel - Romans 12:21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
