Discuss Latest World News / Pray for The Lonely Ukraine
« on: February 26, 2022, 08:48:48 PM »
It is hard to see what is happening to Ukraine.

All those troops being sent to their nighboring countries are nothing but window dressing. I cant watch a single news channel without cringe. Same is true for the reactions of world leaders. They are sounding like clickbait items.

Ukrainians seem such great people. They dont deserve what Putin is doing to them. They are completely alone. Please pray for them to win despite the hopeless situation created mainly by NATO members. The president asked them even 2 days ago if Ukraine could join them. It was ignored. Kinda shows that it was pointless for them to reject Putin's request.

Biden might be saying he is helping, but you know the reality is different when you see Ukranians using military stuffs from Soviet era. They are very short in supply.

So let's keep Ukraine in our prayer please.

Sunni/Shia Religion / Movie On Sectarian Laws Minus the Religion
« on: January 24, 2022, 01:05:31 AM »
Anyone watched Equilibrium? It was probably made to bank on the Matrix trend, but somehow got ignored. I never saw its trailer and poster anywhere at the time.I guess it wasnt relatable to most in the west. But its a gem for us exsunnis. You really get to see what lies beneath hadithers' laws since the movie doesnt mention any religion or God.

It just straightly goes into "haramization" of feelings. I mean in the movie they forbid images, books, music, dogs, etc because they are related to feelings which the state believe to be the root of all wars and destructions. Developing feelings for another is also not okay. Heart must stay closed for the sake of peace and unity. The talks in the movie are so similar to what mullahs say.

Here is the movie link: https://youtu.be/CnX0dvGufp0
Quality is a bit bad. If possible watch it from some other source.

Wiki link if you just want to read the story: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Equilibrium_(film)

Enjoy!

Discuss Latest World News / Covid Documentary Movies
« on: August 07, 2021, 11:17:14 AM »
This might be useful for those trying to understand the background story on how politicians helped spread the virus.

1.The Full Story of Trump and COVID-19
https://youtu.be/qOYYUkZG6b8?t=16

This is more like a timeline on how Trump ended up killing so many Americans with the virus by first killing all preparations past presidents left behind. In the name of deep state, he got rid of mostly people from the science related agencies/departments.

2. How Brazil’s coronavirus response went from bad to absolute disaster
https://youtu.be/Wj3bdiXOdDc

At least Brazil had the courage to file case against the leader by accusing him of committing genocide.

3. China's COVID Secrets (full documentary)
https://youtu.be/zzbcG7CRYgQ

First part of the timeline Dec 2019 here is inaccurate. It should be either Sept or Oct 2019. CCP’s behavior in the beginning wasn’t very different from Trump’s.

Btw, even if you got the vaccine don’t consider yourself free. Keep asking God for protection. Always Google for studies msm use as their source to tell people, ‘this and that vaccine protects you for blah blah years’. Honestly, such reports aren’t even rational since the virus isn’t holding press conference to tell us about its future attack/mutation strategies.

This video does a good job of explaining the problem: https://youtu.be/gSKY4Oz9IXQ

This needs to be reported: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=euukc93CIw4&ab_channel=MohammedHijab

Mohammed Hijab at 5:10 is showing a fake video of Abu Layth that got salafi thugs to break into his house (like IDF).

Note that it is not known who really made that video. but the mission definitely was to get him attacked. Similar people were accussed of harrassing and attacking the Jews last week. In both cases, Palestine's flag was seen (as if to get palestinians profiled in other countries) .

Some UK newspapers covered Mr Layth's story. One link here: https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/14978592/thugs-waving-palestine-flag-smash-house-muslim-youtuber/

Thanks to Bukhari and friends, Mohammed Hijab's morals are beyond repair and his followers also are not interested in finding out the truth as shown by their comments under the false video. This means Abu Layth stays threatened. So guys jump in. Report the video to youtube.

The thugs in question recorded their act. Mr Layth uploaded it to his twitter. If you wish you can help identify the people for police. For that, go here:

Quote
These thugs recorded themselves and circulated it on WhatsApp groups.

The police now hv ths videos & r treating the matter wt urgency.

If anybody has any info on the indentity of these ppl or recognises their voices please forward it to me or get in touch with the police.

Discuss Latest World News / Anyone Watched Pharaohs' Golden Parade?
« on: April 12, 2021, 11:18:05 PM »
Talking about this: https://youtu.be/mnjvMjGY4zw

It was truly great. Side effect happens to be getting emotional since no one ever gave that kind of respect to those who passed away gazillion years ago. Mixing the ancient culture with modern day military/tomb guard element just made the show spectacular.

I was a bit disappointed that they didn't mention the actual people who contributed to the civilization. There was nothing about the slaves either. That's why, it is kinda difficult to talk about this here with Americans. But what about you? Did you like the parade?

Those who like to experiment here is a salat method you can try:

Procedure

A. Wash and then sit down in a quiet room. Don’t move around much. Relax.

B. Set the intention that you want to contact Allah and let him know that you would like to be protected from devil during the session. Keep your voice soft. Let go of the sectarian misconception that God wants you to do it like a bot to please him. Believe that in this session your only identity is of a human who serves him. Realize that Allah is closer than your jugular vein.

C. Close your eyes and do both or just one of the following to get you to focus on him: 1. Recite any chapter from the Quran that describes who Allah is. 2. Invoke him by glorifying him.

D. Next choose one or all of the options, but calmly and without moving around: 1. Ask for forgiveness if you think you need it for something wrong you did. 2. Thank him by contemplating on why he deserves it. 3. Ask him any questions or tell him to show you a way for any issue you have. 4.Tell him to bless you or grant your wish. 5. Customize what you want to do.

Feel free to copy the communication style or duas from the believers we find in Quran.

Keep it all genuine. Pay attention when you become silent during the contact. Once its over, keep a cool head and stay God conscious.

If possible report back your experience, but don’t provide here the details of the conversation:

During the session, did you suddenly start to get promising answers, ideas or clarifications in your heart?

Did you feel the need to change yourself or views to reflect the info of this contact?

Note: If you are suffering from NPD/pathological narcissism the session may give you extreme discomfort.

Peace

What do you think guys?

Quran seems to sync with real world results: cause and effect. It also covers topics from a wide variety of professional fields but none of us is jack of all trades.

Questions/Comments on the Quran / Is it Really the Prophet in 33:37 ?
« on: July 27, 2020, 02:16:02 AM »
This verse was discussed previously here. All of them are focused on prophet marrying Zaid’s wife. But are we seeing it right? The surrounding verses seem to be causing contradiction. I would like someone to analyze it.

33:36 It is not for a believing man or a believing woman, when Allah and His Messenger have decided a matter, that they should thereafter have any choice about their affair. And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger has certainly strayed into clear error.

Comment: Why then messenger "chooses" to "disobey" Allah by hiding his  "decision" in the next verse? That's like setting a bad example for his followers. Or is it more like someone didn't want to accept a decision of Allah and His Messenger and hence thought to just hide it as given in 33:37?

33:37 And  when you said to the one on whom Allah bestowed favor and you bestowed favor, "Keep your wife and fear Allah ," while you concealed within yourself that which Allah is to disclose. And you feared the people, while Allah has more right that you fear Him. So when Zayd had no longer any need for her, We married her to you in order that there not be upon the believers any discomfort concerning the wives of their adopted sons when they no longer have need of them. And ever is the command of Allah accomplished.

Comment: If the person marrying truly is the Prophet why wouldn't Allah include him in "there not be upon the believers any discomfort concerning the wives of their adopted sons"? Similar line is included in the next verse for the Prophet but here we find "imposed upon him".

33:38 There is not to be upon the Prophet any discomfort concerning that which Allah has imposed upon him. This is the established way of Allah with those prophets who have passed on before. And ever is the command of Allah a destiny decreed.

33:39 Those who convey the messages of Allah and fear Him and do not fear anyone but Allah. And sufficient is Allah as Accountant.

33:40 Muhammad is not the father of any one of your men, but the Messenger of Allah and last of the prophets. And ever is Allah , of all things, Knowing.

Comment: What's the point of making Prophet marry the divorced wife of his adopted son to set an example for believers if he can't be called father by any men (that would include his adopted son)?

Your analysis will be appreciated. Thanks.

Health & Fitness / Please pray for coronavirus/covid19 to go away
« on: March 16, 2020, 03:12:02 AM »
It’s amazing that 2 months ago, the world was getting worked up over how Chinese government was handling the covid19 patients. I tracked whatever was happening in Wuhan. It is true that some horrible things were experienced by plenty of Chinese citizens. But their government handled the situation far better than how ours is handling it in the west.

Please pray to God for the humanity.

There is a lot at stake for all. We don’t have the kind of medical manpower that China has. So things can get much worse.

Prevent it.

Ask God to facilitate the release of vaccine.

Thanks guys.

Quote
In October 2018, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia began its prosecution of the prominent Islamic researcher, Sheikh Hassan al-Maliki, in the Specialized Criminal Court in Riyadh, which was specially established in January 2009 to handle cases of terrorism and national security.

The official Saudi newspaper, Sabq, said on October 1, 2018, that the Specialized Criminal Court began ?the trial of a religious skeptic accused of defaming the Sunnah and the hadith of the Prophet,? in reference to al-Maliki, who has consistently put forth tolerant opinions at odds with the official religious establishment, which has adopted an extremist approach.

The public prosecution, which is directly linked to the Saudi king, has leveled charges almost entirely related to Maliki?s religious views and has requested that the court execute him as a form of ta?zir punishment based on selected religious texts and extremistinterpretations, with clear contempt for his inherent right to freedom of thought and conscience guaranteed by international law. Several hearings have been held for al-Maliki in the Specialized Criminal Court, and his next hearing, the fifth one approximately, is scheduled for April 29, 2019. Saudi Arabia arrested al-Maliki in September 2017; in addition to al-Maliki, there were a series of arrests in September of prominent religious scholars, some of whom face similar requests for the death sentence.

About a month after al-Maliki?s arrest, his son, al-Abbas, was known to have been arrested amid tweets addressing the circumstances of his father?s arrest. The arrest of al-Abbas al-Maliki came about in the context of inhumane punishments imposed against children and families of prisoners of conscience.

The ESOHR has been apprised of the list of the fourteen charges against al-Maliki, including among others:

Not believing in the validity of all the hadiths reported by al-Bukhari.
Criticizing the actions of some of the companions of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him and his family.
Holding numerous television interviews with foreign newspapers and channels ?hostile?to the Kingdom (Al-Jazeera, Al-Alam).
Describing the official Council of Senior Scholars as extremist.
Writing many books and research papers and publishing them outside the Kingdom, despite knowing that he wasprohibited from doing so by the competent authorities.
Preparing, storing,or transmitting anything that would harm public order and religious values.
Possessing 348 books not authorized by the competent authority.
It seems clear from the charges against al-Maliki that Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman?s claims, made in October 2017 in Riyadh, that Saudi Arabia is returning to the moderate and tolerant Islam of its past, open to the world and all religions, and that his country will not lose another 30 years dealing with extremist ideas, are just lies for the purpose of catering to the desires of Western countries. In addition to the case of al-Maliki, in its review of numeroustexts of judgments concerning 27 political prisoners, some of whom were executed, issued by the notorious Specialized Criminal Court, and a number of other ?lists of charges? issued by the public prosecutor concerning seven political detainees, the ESOHR has documented Saudi Arabia?s use of a radical approach to justify the execution and oppression of dissidents.

Despite Saudi Arabia?s poor record in the area of freedom of belief and its use of extremist ideology to eliminate domestic opponents, it has found itself obliged internationally to appear tolerant, contrary to reality, in order to mislead international public opinion. In 2012, Saudi Arabia established the King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz International Centre for Interreligious and Intercultural Dialogue in Vienna, Austria, which, according to its staff, seeks ?to promote dialogue and understanding among people of different faiths and cultures and to develop a culture of respect for diversity.?

On May 21, 2017, Saudi Arabia announced the establishment of the Global Center to Combat Extremism (Etidal), inaugurated by King Salman bin Abdulaziz in the presence of American president Donald Trump and Arab and Muslim leaders. Among the strategic objectives of the center are ?strengthening the intellectual aspect associated with countering and refuting the discourse of exclusion and spreading the concepts of moderation and acceptance of the other.? The center continuously announces visits of its members to international bodies and visits from international bodies and non-Saudi individuals in the context, as it says, of cooperating in spreadingglobal tolerance. Several days ago, on March 19, 2019, Etidal tweeted under the hashtag #NewZealand_terrorist_incident: ?The supreme message of religions is human triumph and the promotion of the values of coexistence, tolerance, and peace,? accompanied by three comments from leaders of different religions, including the Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia, Sheikh Abdulaziz Al-Sheikh, who said: ?The most dangerous ideas are those peddled in the name of religion.? Yet, inside Saudi Arabia, neither Etidal nor the Grand Mufti has commented on the religious charges leveled against Islamic researcher al-Maliki, who faces the death penalty, even though official newspapers have been covering his case for more than six months.
