Archeology & History / Noah ,the ark and location
December 01, 2018, 01:27:01 PM
Hi ,whats up ladies and gentlemen,

for quiet some time i am pondering about the story of Noah in particularly about the Location where the Event might have took place.

There are some suggesting to have found a structure(Mineral) like a boat on the mount Ararat inspired by the Bible and the islamic view is a Mountain near to it called Judi.

The Story of noah in the Quran is spread over 29 suras and it is only one time mentioned that the ark landed on "Al-Djuddi"
.

My Question is :How do we know that the ark landed on a mountain?

Another Question when it landed on a mountain their should be somewhere found a huge boat on a mountain cause in the quran it says
"...and there is a sign in it for men" like it is said about Pharao as a sign of his Body and two centories ago the first Mumies where discovered.

So where is the sign?

Christianity/Judaism/Others / Daniel
December 01, 2018, 01:12:09 PM
Hi,Ladies and Gentleman

is there any hint in the AT or NT that Daniel is a Prophet because although Daniel is not mentioned in the Quran by Name one could assume that he is an angel.

Because the anglesname in the quran are ending with "il" Jibril ,Mikail ,Azrael ,Israfil and by deduction Daniel has to be angle from an islamic view.

What do the Bibleexperts say?like to read your thoughts.

Women's Issues / Handshake
January 26, 2017, 03:56:43 AM
Salam to all ,
There is a hadith linked with a vers of the quran which indicates that the Prophet did not shake Hands with woman according to some ulama.
Aischa, the wife of the Prophet  said: 'When the believing women migrated (to Medina) and came to the Prophet they would be examined in accordance with the words in the Quran:

"O Prophet! When believing women come to you to give you the Bay?ah (pledge of allegiance), that they will not associate anything in worship with Allah, that they will not steal, that they will not commit illegal sexual intercourse, that they will not kill their children, that they will not utter slander, intentionally forging falsehood , and that they will not disobey you in any Ma'ruf then accept their Bay?ah (pledge of allegiance), and ask Allah to forgive them, Verily, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful". [Noble Quran 60:12]

Any of the believing women who accepted the conditions of the verse and agreed to live by them were considered to have offered themselves for giving their oaths of allegiance. When they declared their commitment to do so, the Prophet would say to them, "You may go. I have confirmed your allegiance."
I swear by Allah, the Prophet's hand never touched the hand of a woman. He would receive their oath of allegiance by spoken declaration. I swear by Allah, the Prophet never took any vow from women except what Allah had ordered him to take and his palm never touched the palm of a woman. When he had taken their pledge, he would tell them he had taken their oath from them orally. ' [Sahih Muslim]

But is this habit not contradicted to sura 4:86"When ye are greeted with a greeting, greet ye with a better than it or return it. Lo! Allah taketh count of all things."

If handshake is a form or part of greeting then this ayat is abbrogating the first ayat mentioned above .And if the custom is to bow down like in Asia ,i bow too and maybe a second time or third to greet in better return?

Questions/Comments on the Quran / Yatim
October 26, 2014, 04:47:41 PM
76:8"And they give food out of love to the poor and the orphan and the captive."

The nomads were livng in Clans and they helped each other,if one lost his parents his relatives care for him there is no need to mention this.

107:2 "It is the one who mistreats the orphan"

yatama also stands for isolated, unequal, unique ,unmatchable it is remarkable that it is always translated as orphan whereas i would miss the mention of children who are different from the other. What about children with autism or other forms of genetic mutations?

Questions/Comments on the Quran / Back of my mother
October 14, 2014, 08:42:26 AM
Hi all,

I was thinking about the vers "you are forbidden for me like the back of my mother" cause i think it is not meant sexually,i guess the People of this area used to be half naked and it was not allowed to put your arms around your mother.

Why i came to this idea is because of the vers 33:59 is talking about covering the upperbody and not the head.

Some tribes today are still half naked or wholy naked

General Issues / Questions / First revealed Sura 96?
August 28, 2014, 10:29:19 AM
Salam all,

As some of you know it is a common believe that the Surah 96 was first revealed to the Prophet whereas some of the old scholars claimed surah 73 to be first send down and some are saying it is "AL-Fatiha."

I question all three cause i think,i would introduce myself first who i am why i have chosen(the Prophet)to hear my voice and to gave him sureness to be god by counting something from old scriptures.

What do you think about which vers could be the first?
