I wanted to start a thread on how do you as an individual pray according to the Quran only.

Please be brief without going to much into why.

Psychiatry might not be a fraud, however in my other health post everything is true. I did recover and after being forcibly drugged I relapsed after coming of medication. Now, I can't be well without psychiatric medication. If you are interested in my experience check out my other posts in this section which I wrote long time ago. I do get sick now without medication.

Hi, for those who don't know me my real name is also Ervin. I used to be Quran Alone Muslim and then I got into Christianity, mainly because Bible seemed to me very well written. I am back into Quran alone Islam and I am looking forward to conversing with you all. I have what's called schizoaffective disorder and I currently live in a community psychiatric ward. I also have five screws in my right ankle from breaking it but if I have to pray only two rakats only tree times a day I should be fine. Reason I left Christianity is because I can't make sense of why would God have to have his only begotten son killed. I understand the Bible but it doesn't make sense to me anymore.i fought psychiatry before however I got sick again over and over. Schizoaffective disorder is a mixture of schizophrenia and bipolar( it should be called unipolar since it only gets me manic and delusional).

Thank you all for your help in fighting on my behal, I'm still on injections and tablets. As far as religion is concerned I've been reading stillness speaks and two te Ching and the Bible a bit I don't have a Quran but online there's plenty of Quran. Be brave and let everyone know about psychiatry. I plan on from time to time to visit this forum, it all depends on how active you all are.
