It matters not to me what speed and friggin altitude these balloons reach, that is all TRIVIAL information, if you wish you can google it and find it for yourself.

My point was to explain to IsaMuslim that the fictional tale of GPS and satellites are not necessary for explaining television and cell phone signals, that, there are indeed many mediums through which those results are obtained.

Whether I know this information or not, does not change the fact that the example is factual. These are REAL balloons which are in circulation and they often fall far from the expected drop points. Look it up YOURSELF.

the easiest way to contact the manufacturer i mean authorised manufacturer of sattellite balloons and ask them whats the mechanism of these machines

BUT there is nothing like this in the list of all manufacturer on the contrary upon asking from you why you are looking that thing did u saw it somewhere? then  u can explain them about FE theory they will gona
