You have explored the Bible a lot as you claim.. So.. I wanted to ask from you couple of very important questions for my personal satisfaction.. If you wish you can answer within your book only and your up to date understanding .. pls share..

01.. What is the shape of the Earth according to Bible verses? Does it spin or stationary? pls indicate verses clearly for your claim..

02 .. Was the flood during the period of Prophet Noah worldwide or territorial? If worldwide, why? if regional, why? indicate verses of bible

What exactly Bible says or indicates about these matters?

2. A worldwide flood. The Bible makes it clear that it was. For example: (i) "And God said to Noah, "The end of all flesh has come before Me, for the earth is filled with violence through them; and behold, I will destroy them with the earth. Make yourself an ark of gopherwood; make rooms in the ark, and cover it inside and outside with pitch. And this is how you shall make it: The length of the ark shall be three hundred cubits, its width fifty cubits, and its height thirty cubits. You shall make a window for the ark, and you shall finish it to a cubit from above; and set the door of the ark in its side. You shall make it with lower, second, and third decks. And behold, I Myself am bringing floodwaters on the earth, to destroy from under heaven all flesh in which is the breath of life; everything that is on the earth shall die. Come into the ark, you and all your household, because I have seen that you are righteous before Me in this generation....and I will destroy from the face of the earth all living things that I have made...And the waters prevailed exceedingly on the earth, and all the high hills under the whole heaven were covered. And all flesh died that moved on the earth: birds and cattle and beasts and every creeping thing that creeps on the earth, and every man. (ii) Jesus said, "For just as life went on in the days of Noah so will it be at the coming of the Son of Man. In those days before the flood people were eating, drinking, marrying and being given in marriage until the very day that Noah went into the ark, and knew nothing about the flood until it came and destroyed them all. So will it be at the coming of the Son of Man." (Matthew 24)

(iii) "Remember that Christ the just suffered for us the unjust, to bring us to God. That meant the death of his body, but he came to life again in the spirit. It was in the spirit that he went and preached to the imprisoned souls of those who had been disobedient in the days of Noah—the days of God's great patience during the period of the building of the ark, in which eventually only eight souls were saved in the flood." (1 Peter 3)

(iv) "But even in those days there were false prophets, just as there will be false teachers among you today. They will be men who will subtly introduce dangerous heresies. They will thereby deny the Lord who redeemed them, and it will not be long before they bring on themselves their own downfall. Many will follow their pernicious teaching and thereby bring discredit on the way of truth. In their lust to make converts these men will try to exploit you too with their bogus arguments. But judgment has been for some time hard on their heels and their downfall is inevitable. For if God did not spare angels who sinned against him, but banished them to the dark imprisonment of hell till judgment day: if he did not spare the ancient world but only saved Noah (the solitary voice that cried out for righteousness) and his seven companions when he brought the flood upon the world in its wickedness; " (2 Peter 2)

Reply No. 01 i have already read it.. that article is desperate to change circle into sphere.. But i was expecting a thorough research from your side using all possible verses and words within bible.. Not another person's research. in case if you have no knowledge.. it's okay..

And I believe I have made myself perspicuously clear that I hold to a worldwide flood because (i) the Bible says it (ii) I've done a number of geological digs with geologists (and paleontologists) that indicate this, and (iii) science heavily points to a global flood, principally because of the amount of earth covered by sedimentary rock.

I am also holding the view up to now that deluge was to entire earth not coz i read bible but coz i feel it is after reading the quran..

But the Koran has nothing of interest about the Flood and mentions it in a few lines. On the other hand the Bible has several chapters with almost exhaustive detail including exact measurements of the ark, what animals, how many of each, the material the ark was made of, how many days in each period of the Flood, where it occurred etc etc. This is real history, not the weak and useless Koranic mute reference. Go and read it for yourself and you'll see that the Bible is a far superior account and historical record than the Koran...if you have a disinterested mind, that is.

You're deluded... the Quran does not mention any animals at all, they're all humans/messengers, nor such thing as sacrifice Isaac, incests etc. It is exclusively from the Bible ... but i think both of you is a perfect match!

Son, you're only demonstrating your ignorance of geology and zoology.
