The use of 'God' or 'deity' for ALLAH SWT

The word god has both gender and plural so does the Latin word deus (from which deity originates). It is therefore irreverent and disrespectful to use either when translating ALLAH into English or any other language, One should either retain ALLAH  or substitute it with Creator. In this way there is no confusion as to whom we are referring to. This is especially relevant when dealing with those who have been born into religions with multiple deities.

The difference between 'God' and 'god' is...
One 'g' being written with capital letter and another being written with small letter.

But I personally believe that language is just a way to Express ourselves to others. God is unique and one only.. Doesn't matter whether we say god,GOD, allah, Rama. Dios, Dieu.... that divine power Remains the same. It's we who create difference.Create other gods.

This one god is written in singular with capital G- God  or GOD- in general.
However with people ,it depends on who is their god,God ,GOD...etc?

The word for God in Arabic is ilah and can be applied to anything and anyone.

Allah cannot be applied to anything or anyone, it's a unique title.

God is unique.  God does not need a name. GOD has hundreds of titles.
There no  ilah except God.

God is not unique. In English, anything and anyone can be God. The Quran uses the word God generally too.

However, the word Allah is unique. It even has a different root from the word ilah which is له.

Allah is  Arabic  for God in English or Dieu in French  or... Each language  has different words for the Creator.
Or do you expect every language to adopt Allah as their own word for the Creator?
Allah/.God/Dieu... does not need a name like you.me and other creations. There is only one Allah/God/Dieu...etc..
Allah can be called by any of His traits, Allah, Rahman or whatever if you really want to.

Lately I prefer to use "THE INFINITE CREATOR"

To me such name is more precise compared to other 'names' or 'labels'.
Infinite, boundless, no border or limit at any dimension, including space and time.
Within everything as it is every-thing as it is infinite.
Nothing is outside of it.
The every "I", the every "We", the every "Them" and the every "It".
The only thing that actually exist.

With such definition, multiple/many infinite creator is certainly impossible.
As there cannot be many infinite, as 'many-ness' indicate a bordered / limited entity.

Such similar conception I found in something that is also labeled as "Brahman" and "Tao".

Yet name or label is irrelevant, as it's the meaning that truly matter.
