Salam,
As usual every year I fast three days of Ramadan in September-October.
I post the dates on my timeline in @Twitter & the eve of my beginning the fast I post it here as copy & paste of my Twitter feeds...
This year is harder for me as I have an older sister of mine who is quite sick & myself have health issues as well plus suffer from anxiety...
anyway may Allah have Mercy on us all...

I believe Calendar Muhammad (P) used was luni-solar, with month meaning full moon, & Ramadan fixed as closest full moon to the Autumn equinox.

Verse 36:39 of YaSeen: from full moon to curved palm stalk.
Month starts with full moon & 10 days to disappearing as inverted curved crescent.
36:39 As for the moon, We have ordained ˹precise˺ phases for it, until it ends up like an old, curved palm stalk. https://pic.twitter.com/xYGlJxpJDq

Luni-Solar Ramadan 2022:
Worked out using closest full moon to Autumn equinox, harvest moon is on 10 September 2022, in this case sixth full moon after Spring equinox.
I used to follow a strict 7th which would have been 9 October, but I feel more comfortable with closest. https://pic.twitter.com/bqT4MnrhKn

Though I might also fast for October 9 as well - I will fast in-cha-a-Allah 11, 12 & 13 September & maybe if up to it 10, 11 & 12 of October - the minimum is three days (ma3dudat) & the full period is 10 days like Hajj.
41:53 We will show them Our Signs in the universe, and in their own selves, until it becomes manifest to them that this (Qur'an) is the truth.
