I saw The Governess way back. Wasn't bad and had some jewish elements in it.

Just saw the movie "The Source" (2011) -"La source des femmes" (original title)- by the director Radu Mihaielanu.
It is a film somewhat about the more balanced interpretation of Islam, among other things.

This director has also a very good film about the wrong approach to Judaism as well:
"Live and Become" (2005) -"Va, vis et deviens" (original title)-

He is very intelligent and makes good metaphorical movies, but a lot of foreknowledge is needed to fully understand his cinematographic language and message.

Highly enjoyable is also his film "The Concert" -"Le Concert" (2009):

I've never, ever met someone else who has seen that film. It is one of my most beloved films of all time.  I am elated that someone else has heard of it and even recommends it. Excuse my excitement, lol.

I greatly enjoy interesting documentaries, so I will definitely look up La source des femmes. Merci.
