Peace,

6:146    And for those who are Jewish We have made forbidden all that have undivided hoofs; and from the cattle and the sheep We made forbidden their fat except what is attached to the back, or entrails, or mixed with bone. That is a punishment for their rebellion, and We are truthful.

In this surah, we read shuhooma  al-baqar
                                   fats             of  cattle   (plural form)

                                   shahma     al-baqarah (singular form)
                                   the fat       of cow

                                  shuhooma al-ghanam
                                  fats             of  sheep (plural form)

                                 shahma     al-ma3z (singular form)
the fat       of goat (for example)

This grammatical form is same as
                                lahma        al-khinzeer (singular form)
                                the meat   of pig

                               luhooma    al-khanazeer (plural form)
                               meats        of pigs

16:115    He has only forbidden for you that which is already dead, and blood, and the meat of pig, and what was sacrificed with to other than God. But whoever is forced to, without seeking disobedience or transgression, then God is Forgiver, Merciful.

al-baqar /al- baqarah,  al-ghanam / al-ma3z,  al-khinzeer / al-khanazeer / al-qiradah (monkeys) are nouns of animals.

Peace brother,

Google translation  :

The consumption of pork, and especially its intensive breeding, must be accompanied by precautions. The point with Professor Raoult. By Didier Raoult

Pig farming, by concentrating animals, triggers sometimes invisible epidemics.

The pig is the center of the news currently, of the pork industry. There are medical reasons for conversion to pork consumption. The first known pig-related disease is a parasitosis, "trichinosis", which has survived the consumption of raw or undercooked meat.

Pigs fed with waste, particularly dangerous, have always been the origin of pigs of Jewish and Muslim religions. Used in cold cuts or after proper cooking, it is safe, but the mode of poorly cooked pork (rosé). The problem of trichinosis remains, particularly in Southeast Asia, and for those who eat poorly cooked wild boar.

In the current diet, pork and charcuterie are also the largest source of salt, which has become one of the top three public health foes. Salting is allowed over the centuries of meat preservation, but it is now urgent to reduce our consumption of salt.

A problem, which we have identified in my laboratory, is the risk of viral hepatitis linked to the consumption of pork liver in Toulouse sausage and that of Corsican figatelli. Interestingly, the analysis of the numbers shows some facts with infected images imported from China! The consumption of these products is at the origin of several hepatitis, with several mortals a year.

Epidemics

In addition, pig farming, by concentrating animals, triggers sometimes invisible epidemics. Thus, in Europe, it is now established that pig farms are at the origin of epidemics of staphylococcus aureus infections, particularly in Holland. It is also in pigs that developed epidemics of Escherichia coli infection, agent of septicemia and urinary tract infections. These mutants of the virus are often waiting for theft, from poultry to pork, before becoming human pathogens when these two herds are reunited. the name "swine flu".

Finally, we have recently been able to show that there are extremely dangerous forms of pork allergy. Indeed, some patients have pig problems to replace their deficient heart valve. A number of them may have an allergy to these valves that sometimes is deadly.

In all, pork is an important food of Europe, China and South-East Asia. Like any food, it can present dangers, and its intensive breeding can be at the origin of epidemics. All is not good in pork!

Peace,
                                 shuhooma al-ghanam
                                  fats             of  sheep (plural form)

                                 shahma     al-ma3z (singular form)
the fat       of goat (for example)

al-baqar /al- baqarah,  al-ghanam / al-ma3z,  al-khinzeer / al-khanazeer / al-qiradah (monkeys) are nouns of animals.

I correct the example for sheep which is al-kharoouf /al-ghanam instead of al-ma3z (goat) (singular form).

al-baqar /al- baqarah,  al-ghanam / al-kharoof,  al-khinzeer / al-khanazeer / al-qiradah (monkeys) are nouns of animals.
