Salaamun Mazher,

فَلَمَّا نَسُوا مَا ذُكِّرُوا بِهِ فَتَحْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ أَبْوَابَ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ

Did you notice the object of verb? When word "open" is used it needs an object.

When it is in the meaning of conquest, victory it need not an object.

48:1 إِنَّا فَتَحْنَا لَكَ فَتْحًا مُّبِينًا

I have enlarged the font size so that you can see what I am seeing  :)
6:162    قل إن صلاتي ونسكي ومحياي ومماتي لله رب العلمين
6:162    Say: My contact prayer, and my rites, and my life, and my death, are all to Allah, Lord of the worlds.

3:51

Despite enlarging you are not noticing it is intransitive; with no object of verb while in other place you see it transitive with object.

These aayaat are all about you.

Please note:
48:1 إِنَّا فَتَحْنَا لَكَ فَتْحًا مُّبِينًا
...
This is how I understand it.

سلام salāmun/peace علىك ʿalayka/upon you (singular) -- no read "in context" to 48:11 ...

Salaamun,

Sorry, I did not understand bro. My English is very poor, sorry.
BTW you wanted to mention 48:8 not 48:11 I think.
