Peace/Salam,

Please use this thread to post links to articles from other websites that you think should be shared on Free-Minds, or to suggest ideas for new articles, or to post articles that you have written and wish to be posted.

Greetings and Peace, all

I'd be interested in new articles that refute supposed errors in the Qur'an.

Some sources for material to refute would be from

https://wikiislam.net/wiki/Main_Page

or

http://www.skepticsannotatedbible.com/quran/

or any other source really.

I postulate that by posting refutations on these other boards, it is likely to broaden exposure to the Qur'an as a source of knowledge...even if it also gets this website troll traffic. Maybe that is a test of sorts--but ISA it can also help true seekers.

True gold fears no fire. Maybe pick a supposed contradiction or error and we can kick it around as a topic for a few weeks before summing up?  :hmm

I would also like to see this.
10:109 Follow what is being inspired to you and be patient until God judges.

57:3 He is the First and the Last, the Evident and the Innermost. And He is fully aware of all things.

What I have understood is that most of those (mainly jews, Christians and  their past believers)  who are irritated by the sectarians know the truth. Their notion is that we are a minority and thus, no one from the majority will accept  our clarifications. It is like their problem is with mainstream Islam.

WikiIslam is by exmuslims. Unfortunately, it is kinda useless to correct their errors. They left sect, but not the sectarian mentality. In fact, the ones I spoke to so far now seem to be hardcore atheist mullahs.

Salam Layth,

https://www.free-minds.org/node/221

There is a typo in the article:
"The tale of Gog & Magog appears in the Hebrew Bible centuries ago (being understood as persons or tribes, and even land), whilst Zul Qarnain has been linked to figures such as Alexander the Great. Over the centuries, any undesirable people have been labeled as God & Magog: the Vikings, Huns, Khazars, Mongols, Turanians, and most recently, the Chinese."

I believe the bold one should be "Gog & Magog".

Wassalam,
