A community building project anyone?
A would be community Bulding project to unit Muslims who want to follow the Quran Alone, except if God Almighty wills
Yes being scattered out may have its benefits, because by our Lord's Grace, we all can't get striked against all in one time... such is the wisdom that could be derived from the Jacob telling his sons to enter from different doors and not from one, maybe in case one group would get in trouble, the others could flee.

Maybe a green building with compact design/rooms. An environmentally sufficient building that uses renewable energy as Wind etc, and featuring other earth-friendly construction, from low VOC paint to Waterless Toilets etc...
Maybe pick a foreclosed site, from an auction, and maybe start from their. (maybe check aantv.com, or you can watch the auctions on your tv)... i think many places are in FLORIDA, which to say, has a fair whether...

This might be a plan that people could work on, and that some could contribute

Something like this would be great. I'm not sure the God Alone community is quite ready for that yet. ;)

A few things that would need to happen:

-Regular, face-to-face communities established for prayer, mutual support, etc.
-Establishment of a 501(c)3 non-profit entity so no single person or two people would be on the hook for financing.
-Bylaws for election of community leaders (treasurer, spokesperson, etc)

Things like this tend to bring out the worst in people. There would need to be some baby steps of a community hashing things out and getting through some smaller conflicts without splits/divisions/factions, etc. Definitely a great long-term goal, though. :)

well, it doesn't have to be a set up organization. That could be a consideration for later on.
To say, the first steps would be to find a land and buy it... (graigslists, govdeals, forclosures etc)... one might find "deals"...
Then would be maybe collecting contributions and planing a small high rise building, and consider its design, as for maybe compact housing, environmentally friendly materials, renewable energy like wind etc.

Yes, i would think that planing where the place will be is a starter...
Yes, i would think a city would be more to say more convenient for finding jobs and stores etc.
I would think that buying a land/empty lot etc and then building on top of it would be cheaper than buying a building itself.

I think Graigslist may have some deals on land.
Southeast might be an idea, and for fairer weather
