Lesson: Let children see Poverty/Suffering and they will learn!

Peace Everyone
One very Important Lesson that people should teach their Children is that there are many people who are Poverty-stricken and Suffering in many people in the World.
This is not a conversation during dinner time at the table! This should be "implemented" by a visual presentation of what poverty is and what suffering is (i.e go take a trip to see a place where there is poverty!).  It would be a nice and learned experiance for all your family, You would be returning with a sound, peaceful, and most importantly, Thankful soul!

Now, Children and adults alike can sometimes become Selfish and Greedy, and this is true as per Quran 4:128
When people disdain themselves from the world and focus only on themselves, and their life style/rank, they may fall into downfall depression, because they do not consider what they already have  and instead focus too much on striving to be better and going up the ladder!
Always look down the Ladder, and you'll see people below you! (Quran 43:32)

Now with Children, it is a must that you start them and teach them early because Children are at a stage of their life where they constantly Want, Want, and Want, and might really think little of others because they're mindset is focused only upon themselves.
Spoiling your kid is a terrible thing that parents can do-- thinking they're just showing love and affection. This is not the case, because spoiling your kid is actually hating them, as they'll be more likely to grow up unappreciative, unconsiderate, and unhappy because they will always want, and never feel satisfied!

You Must Let your children them FEEL the pain and suffering of the world. This way your child is getts the idea to be more thankful and appreciate. Also, with proper teaching, more compassionate, more considerate, more "round-up.
Just one look at poverty/suffering can change the course of an entire person's life. Teach your kids to have a compassionate Heart. (i.e  Have some sympathy on others will you!)

Some people don't have eyes, hands, legs etc. Just by having those things, you're at a better position than many people. Be Thankful, be Happy, Be Enduring, Be Appreciative of what you have!

People i can Cite are Jane Adams who's life was influenced as a child the first time she visited the slums (She and her friend Ellen Starr founded Hull House in the slums of Chicago in 1889, and She is the first American Woman to receive the Nobel Peace Prize)
Andrew carnegie, who's motto was to basically acquire and acquire wealth, and give it away to the lower clases ("The Gospel of Wealth"), which described the responsibility of philanthropy by the new upper class of self-made rich.
Also, have we not noted the Storey of Buddha? He was a prince who his father concealed the outside suffering world from him. As soon as he got a change to see the outside world, his life course was changed. He set out to understand the root of Suffering and eventually came back enlightened and tried to relieve/end suffering.
Again, sometimes all that it takes is just ONE look at the unfotunate of others, to turn a person into becoming a more of a better person, both in the sight of society, and God ALmighty
