Nikah Misyar

I have been thinking about entering a Nikah Misyar and want to know a few things involving it.
Considering the requirements for Marriage being:
* Determining mutual attraction/compatibility [2:221, 2:235, 30:21, 33:52]
* Ascertaining whether the potential partner is of similar beliefs/faith [2:221, 60:10]
* Discussion of and agreeing to the level of dower and other terms (if any) [4:4, 4:24]
* Understanding and mutual acceptance of marriage as a solemn/strong oath/contract [4:21, 2:232, 2:237, 24:33]
* If male, capable of providing for the family/household [2:228, 2:233, 4:34, 65:6]
* To have physically matured / post-puberty [4:6, 24:31, 24:58-59]
All are fine except the second last which makes wonder if Nikah Misyar is workable still as we would marry but still would be living separately with our parents. According to verse involving that it doesn't seem to directly indicate that I have to provide them fully and rather seems to indicate that i'm simply just in charge of the wealth. Therefore I would assume that since she is already being financially covered and doesn't my money that it would be fine in the end, but i'd like to get a confirmation.

I want to learn, so asking:
Say, I want to spend my night(have sex) with a muslim girl and will pay her as much as she wants for that one night stand. We both agreed that the agreement lasts till next morning. Will you consider this as prostitution or Nikah Misyar ? Please provide reasons for your choice of words.
You can assume that both I and the girl are matured physically and mentally and wealthy.

100% correct that is prostitution and by the way where is the word Nikah misyar in quran? And does the rules for surah talaq apply for these lustful socalled 'marriages'? If the divorce rules in surah talaq does not apply in nikah misyar than its not a marriage and therefore forbidden.

I never mentioned temporary. Rather I want I am in love with this girl, but we are both still quite young to be in a finalized complete marriage. So I wanna know about this as I would like it to work out to a complete marriage eventually.
