What is everyone's opinion of Fazlur Rahman's theory of "living sunnah" which is a break from the normal hadith=sunnah we see amongst traditionalists?

Good stuff. I read that article before by Berg but then it dissapeared from the net. Thanks for bringing it up again. Great stuff.
