As commanded in the Qu'ran. I have met NO fellow Sunni Brothers/Sisters who accociate partners with Allah at all, nor does our doctrine which is the true doctrine in my belief teach this
Contrary to what you say, I have met PLENTY of Sunni muslims who not only associate partners with GOD, but place others
High Above GOD. And contrary to what you claim, if you'de be willing to to look at the situation rationally and objectively, you will come to realize that the sunni doctrine
does so teach this belief.

what is said, but
how it is being said. I also said that this is my view which will not change, but I also told you that I will be sensitive about
how I say things so that I will not offend people in the future. The quote above is how I feel, but I do realize that there is a right way and a wrong way to say things.
We have NEVER said we worship other than Allah.
Muhammad, are you familiar with the old saying
Actions Speak Louder Than Words?? Just because the sunnis aren't
verbally calling the Prophet Muhammad, Bukhari and their scholars Allah doesn't prove that they don't actually
view them as such. I could
verbally tell my wife that I love her until I'm blue in the face, but unless I'm actually doing the things that a loving husband should do, my words mean nothing....actions speak louder than words!!!
Let me give you another example Muhammad.... Let's say you are walking down the street and you're eating an ice cream cone. Now I'm walking towards you coming from the opposite direction and as we walk past each other, I rudely bump you and make your ice cream drip all over your shirt and everything. Now you say to me "Look what you've done, why can't you excuse yourself and apologize for this???"
Instead of apologizing to you or saying excuse me, I don't VERBALLY say anything....instead I just look at you, roll my eyes and suck my teeth and keep walking.
What is the message in this action? It is a message of disrespect. Even though I didn't verbally say "Hey pal, screw you, I'm not apologizing to you, you creep.", My actions towards you showed what my attitude was. What I'm trying to tell you is although you may not verbally call Bukhari, Ibn Malik and Sheik so and so GOD doesn't prove that you do not take what they say over what GOD said. You're actions and deeds speak for themselves.
I find it extremely rude to be accused of worshipping other than Allah and I demand that You apologize right NOW for accusing us of doing so!!!!
First of all, you're comrade Prince Zed is accusing us of alot of things, most of which he is guilty of himself, and you don't see anyone here demanding apologies. Another thing, I've explained twice already that I realized how I said it is what needs to be altered, not what is said, and I've already apologized for that. But you are asking me to apologize for a viewpoint that I have and that is not realistic. If that were the case, I should be asking you, PrinceZed and any other sunni's to apologize for having their beliefs and verbally expressing them.
By the way the Surah You gave me was out of context..
9.31 They take their priests and their anchorites to be their lords in derogation of Allah, and (they take as their Lord) Christ the son of Mary; yet they were commanded to worship but One Allah. there is no god but He. Praise and glory to Him: (Far is He) from having the partners they associate (with Him).
Here we go with the word games. The Arabic term is
'ahbaar.
'Itta khazuu
'ahbaaruhum wa ruhbaanahum 'arbaabam min duuneel Laahi.
It matters not HOW you
Translate 'ahbaar or ruhbaana, be it Sheik, Scholar, Priest, Monk, Rabbi or whatever. What is importnat is the
Function that these people serve which is a so called religious cleric or interpreter of GOD's way. You translate that word and attach whatever label you want to it, it doesn't change the function of the person. What matters is that GOD is telling us that Christian Priests, Jewish Monks and Sunni Sheiks are taken by the people as lords instead of the one true God.
