Peace to all, The reason I am starting this thread is not as an attack on the skeptics but a way of bringing together all the positives people have found in the Quran.
Please if you can, post why you think it is divine as it may help some people.
My Testimony: I have been a devout follower of many religions including Athiesm/Materialism, New Age, Relativism, Utilitarianism, all sorts of isms, following my Parents, and Culture. The Quran was the first book to expose all of them as falsehood and offer true guidance. It writes very clearly what is right and what is wrong. It is written in such a powerful way that it gave me the strength to remember God and seek his forgiveness and to turn away from my old lifestyle.
The Quran describes to me the ungratefulness of mankind. How we are quick to ask for God's help but just as quick to dismiss his authority. It showed me that God did not create me for amusement, and it gave me the examples of Righteous people that I can aspire to. The Quran showed me that all the signs I were seeing of God were truly from him, that I needed to stop denying it i.e. 52:44 And if they see a spectacle from the sky, they will say: "Piled clouds!"
For those who realise this world is a test, for those who can see the problem with the world is the state of humanity. If you are after a clear guidance, this is my testimony that I found it in the Quran. I haven't seen any clearer and doubt I ever will.
Peace
God bless. Al

Peace be with you Al, and that you for sharing your testimony. My personal testimony includes a Catholic upbringing, then a straying into atheism, then back to Catholicism, then on over to Evangelic Christianity, to Judeo/Noachidism, then over into Calvinistic Christianity, back on to Catholicism, then, thanks be to God, Islam. Sorry for the confusing history:) but I think it’s worth noting to demonstrate that like for most God-fearing people, seeking the truth can be a long journey. Edip Yuksel’s articles on Islam and the Quran helped me want to open my heart up to God. Code-19 was a reassuring hug. After reading about code-19, I youtubed around and found some other videos of scientists and doctors publicly announcing that the Quran must been from “higher intelligence” as there are scientific and biological descriptions that were only until recently discovered. As I realize that code-19 and scientific proofs are great signs God is using for reversion to true Islam, I think it’s important for me to continue reading the Quran everyday while asking God to grant me more wisdom now that I know that the Quran is God’s perfect revelation. As a Catholic, Protestant, Noachide, etc. I not only had to have faith that the scriptures I was reading were divine, but I also had to have faith in God. To me, this is one too many faiths. With Islam, I know the Quran is divine and so my faith in God to help me live my life for him is secure, thanks be to God.

It's good to see a diverse number of isms/systems you went through before finding the true one. Your brain must have been rattled alot jumping back and forth Anyway welcome to the forum and look forward to your contribution. PEACE

May God help you and give you the gift of wisdom. He granteth wisdom to whom He pleaseth; and he to whom wisdom is granted receiveth indeed a benefit overflowing; but none will grasp the message but men of understanding. The Straight Path that we are striving for is the path that God Shows clearly in his book. But be aware of “Adding” or “Deleting” a commandment or description of the unseen. Simply because adding leads to “Shrik” and deleting leads to “Kofer”
I do not agree with Free-Mind.org in their understanding of God's Quranic Laws.

...My personal testimony includes a Catholic upbringing, then a straying into atheism, then back to Catholicism, then on over to Evangelic Christianity, to Judeo/Noachidism, then over into Calvinistic Christianity, back on to Catholicism, then, thanks be to God, Islam. Good Lord, did you go for the world record religion hopping? You left one option out. Being trapped in this endless series of horizontal movements you never considered the only way out, a vertical movement? The escape from religionism, period? That's what it takes to be a true truth seeker. Stand 'naked', for the truth will not come to those who already chose one. Once you get that, you are finally free to see the great wisdom in the many religions, as well as their danger. This danger being idolatry. Anything other than the Living Word is an idol. Be it a tree, statue, stone or book. That's because all of these things are things and require the intellect for interpretation. The intellect however is the very 'thing' itself that veils the Living Word which is God. As for Edip, he is doing a good job as a religious psychosis buster, but I took liberty in busting him for a teaser. See my article: http://19.org/forum/index.php/t/7268/1240/
